What a fantastic job was done with our roof. House is on Farries Avenue, Florida NY. They arrived at 6:15 AM and were done at 4 PM. The clean up was immaculate. And the cost was very very competitive.

We had a pretty bad leak in our roof and friends of ours referred us to Cassas Brothers Roofing. We had our written estimate within 2 hours, with very fair pricing, and they held our hand through the entire permitting process. When they arrived they explained every step, did quick but fantastic work, and once done, left the site in perfect condition. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Within 2 hours the old roof was removed. Within 9 hours entire job was complete and yard free of all debris. Great price for a great job with great service

This contractor exceeded my expectations! I’ve had replacement roofing on a previous home, but this company went beyond! A challenging job, with many dormers, was no problem for the crew. All completed in one day, with a quick cleanup. Other estimates figured days to complete (with a small crew). The dumpster was removed the following day. Then they sent a painter a few days later to ensure there was no damage to my siding, and corrected some minor issues. I insisted on top of the line GAF shingles; Cassas Brothers installed a system which GAF directly certified as a lifetime limited warranty, transferable to the next owner. The quality of the installation and product was exceptional; other homeowners in Darien are impressed!

After searching high and low for an affordable roofer, Cassas Brothers gave the best quote and the best work with outstanding communication, honesty, and expediency. After getting the run around from different roofers, Mark was able to give a quote without even seeing the house in person. He and his crew re-roofed the large 3 story house in just 2 days and came in under budget when he could have tacked on more expenses. I did more leg work than i anticipated up front(paying permit fees,architectural fees, and planning fees, general contracting stuff) but overall the work is nice.

Yesterday my wife made an appointment for an estimate which was scheduled for this day at 9am. Since someone had to be there just to talk about the estimate I asked my job for permission to go in a little late. The company was punctual. When I noticed the truck I went out to see them and they had already left. I didn't take more than 2 minutes. They basically drove by and left. I called them about 5 times and they didn't answer. A text was sent asking if they would return because I couldn't keep waiting and they responded "No we can't help you as you already bought your shingle. Best of luck." Again tried to call and no answer! They are really unprofessional!! Another text was sent stating that material was for another project (as I did a coop, port, and well that needed new shingles but wanted a "professional" to do my home). I didn't receive any call or message from them. They made me lose hours of work, and they didn't bother to get out the car, or at least call and ask about that materials they saw.

After a lot of issues with other contractors trying to get siding, gutter, and roof damage fixed from a storm, I finally ran across Cassas brothers. The communication was spot on. Everything was explained and every question answered, from the insurance billing to exactly what they were going to do and why they were doing it. They showed up exactly when they said they would, completed it when they said they would and the work looks fantastic. Mark was there to oversee the work and was there the majority of the time and the crew cleaned up after themselves extremely well. I can't recommend them enough and look forward to working with them in the future for some additional projects.
