While it wasn't an emergency, with the winds these days we lost a few shingles. I called Jim on a Friday and he stopped right over. Gave me a good estimate and his staff arrived Wednesday and replaced the tiles that were missing and a few frayed ones. Appreciate the honest assessment and local business. Also appreciate the neatness. Not worried about nails around the property.
I live out of state and called Jim to check on a leaky roof at my Mother’s home. Jim answered my call, we discussed the issue and he visited the home the next day. We discussed options, and I decided on a modest repair at this time. Jim was professional, honest and most importantly caring about tge situation at my mother’s home. We were so fortunate to have found him - I highly recommend Jim’s Roofing Repair.
