HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Dior Construction has been installing, removing, and reinstalling Hardie board on our house for nearly 3 MONTHS! After we paid, they walked out on the project without returning our money, leaving the work site littered with nails and the job still unfinished. The stress this caused has been unbearable. My fiancée and I had to be on-site constantly, trying to manage the chaos they left behind. To make matters worse, James Hardie can't find the right color paint to cover up all their blemishes, nail holes, and chipped Hardie board. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DIOR CONSTRUCTION OR JAMES HARDIE!!!

We love our new Hardie siding. Everyone at Dior Construction were very professional and made the entire process very easy. Darryl, our project manager, impressed us with his commitment to perfection with every detail. An overall positive experience and would highly recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Dior! From the initial sales consult with John, to the scheduling with my project manager, Darryl, follow up with Esteban, everything was perfect! The work crew was on time and professional and left my property pristine! My gutter replacement crew was fantastic as well and they were super nice! The whole process was explained in detail, there was constant communication, no surprises and overall a great, no stress experience. I loved the progress pictures and was kept informed throughout the whole installation. My new roof is beautiful and I'm so happy! I'd give them 10 stars if possible!!! Dior Construction was exactly what we needed. They came in at a reasonable price and have great payment options. John was a great salesman and explained all the components of our purchase easily. Dave was amazing and was so helpful during the entire process. I had so many questions and he answered all without hesitation. The crew got our roof done in less than 6 hours with clean up and all. 100% recommend if you're in need of a roof! We will also be using them in the future to replace our siding and soffits.

We recently had a new roof put on our house by Dior Construction. I would highly recommend this company to do your roof and gutters.they were so honest and only replaced the plywood needed. From the salesperson, Steve the project manager David to the director of the accounts Stevan they were all extremely patient, responsible, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and worked with us every step of the way. The crew worked well together and their clean up was impeccable. When removing the old roof, they protected our house and landscaping with a tarp which also made it easy to remove the debris. Our gutters always overflowed with heavy rain. David suggested that we get 6” gutters and add another leader. He made sure the gutters were pitched correctly. The whole team knows the business very well.

charged me late fees for a hurried leaky roof, bullied by supervisor of project who literally came to my house 6 something in the morning rang my bell on my first day back to work (I teach). He waited outside my house till I left about 7:30 insistent ln talking to me it was creepy. When I got back home, he had entered my home to finish a job that was months delayed without my permission. When I asked him why he told me he was going through some things and felt that my house was his. My roof is still leaking, from a job done in September

Buyer beware. The high google reviews are primarily for roofing work. Get customer referrals for windows and siding. I had windows, siding, minor roofing and gutters done. I’m 14 months post signing the contract and still having issues with a leak along the fascia and missing a window screen. I also had over $16,000 additional charges for framing lumber and interior drywall, trim and painting because the windows ordered were shorter than the originals. The window install that was targeted in December 2022 finally started in March 2023. It has been a challenge getting this project finalized.

I had Dior Construction install my new roof and two solar roof windows. From the first discussion with Jon, the salesman, to Frank, the project manager, and the installation team, I was extremely impressed with the whole process. They were very professional and answered all questions and concerns. They were prompt and the clean up was done very well. The entire job was completed in one day! 1. Although informative, the consultation was way too long (i.e., 3 hours to be exact).
2. The cleanup was just okay since we have found roofing nails around the property and are concerned about the dog and children stepping on them.

Our church used Dior Construction 7 years ago to install a new roof on our church. We used the GAF warranty over the summer to repair a few issues that Dior Construction handled promptly, quickly and professionally. Due to this after the sale care, (7 years) we asked Dior Construction to install a new roof on our rectory. Their price was very competitive and the crew was professional, courteous and very efficient. They finished the job, from removing the old roof, installing a new roof and a thorough cleanup within 48 hours. We will continue to use Dior Construction in any future projects.

Once again Dior construction did an amazing job installing new gutters to our home. We had them put a roof on 2 yrs ago and was very happy with their work ethic Esteban stayed in touch with us from the beginning to completion of the job. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional explaining his what was needed for our new gutters. The installers were also professional and showed up when expected and made sure our yard was debris free on completion. We are very satisfied and a big thank you to Esteban.

Dior Construction sided my house with Hardie board and replaced the leaders and gutters. I am thoroughly satisfied with the finished product. The house looks great.! Frank Trivigno was instrumental in providing an in depth informative session describing in detail what products (all Hardie) would be used and what steps needed to be taken before new siding would go up. He informed us when dumpster, materials, and Porta John would arrive and then removed. Clean up was thorough after job was completed and Frank even returned to do a magnetic sweep of the driveway to make sure there were no nails overlooked.

Dior Construction did an excellent job installing our siding and gutters. They arrived on time as promised and were true professionals during the entire process from beginning to the end of the project. Our project manager ,Frank kept us updated at all times during the installation.

Dior Construction replaced our old roof. They did an excellent job. Very friendly and professional company from the start to completion. They came at exactly the time they promised. The roof looks great. They did an amazing job on the cleanup . Our yard looks better now than when they started . Frank ,our project manager, explained the whole procedure and made sure all our questions were answered. Over 2 ½ years ago I worked with Dior Vass on a major project which included replacement of roofs and gutters on 15 buildings. It was in the middle of COVID and although these were challenging times, Dior was there every step of the way to be sure things were done correctly. Since then I have had multiple interactions with Dior and his staff. I cannot begin to tell what a wonderful experience it has been. No matter how many times I contacted Dior he was always quick to respond to any queries we had.

Most recently I dealt with Esteban, his Director of Account Experience. Esteban followed up on my request in a very timely manner. He was thorough in his research and provided me with follow-up even though there were multiple issues which were not even associated with the roof replacement. It is obvious Dior’s team follows his guideline of being there for his customers.

I cannot recommend Dior highly enough – he follows a Mission Statement which includes excellence! He cares about his customers, takes pride in his work product, and always responds in a timely manner. No matter the issue he always follows-up and treats his customers with kindness.

Dior Construction did a fantastic job on our roof installation. The installation only took a day and I'm very pleased with how the roof turned out as well as how well they cleaned up after the job was done. Frank was my account manager and he was very communicative and answered all of my questions. The initial consultation took much longer than what I was told over the phone. Other than that, I was very happy with how it turned out and will definitely call them up when I'm ready to replace my sidings and gutters.

Received a very comprehensive technical overview of all the roof replacement options. Got a good price for the products I wanted to be installed. The company came and bang it out in one day. An unforeseen field condition came up due to excessive deterioration of the roof sheathing, but it and was resolved professionally and immediately. All extra work always costs extra money, and this company is always upfront and honest about it. The project manager for my roof job was Esteban Osorio. High quality job well done in one day. That's a rare occurrence and these guys pulled it off no sweat. Two thumbs up.

Update: august 2023. I had a minor issue related to my gutter installation- Dior agreed to send someone to look at it only after several phone calls and emails and picture submissions and my agreement to prepay for a service call if they determined the issue was not their fault. Two weeks later and no one has inspected the issue. After sales service leaves a lot to be desired.

Today my roof was completed by Dior Construction. From the quote date to the installation of the final product, communication and professionalism was on point. I had a 21+ year roof replaced along with 5 leaky skylights. I am very pleased with the results. I will definitely get a quote for my siding and windows. Currently have T-1 11 which is a bug magnet and it's rotting terribly.

The Dior team delivered professional-looking outcomes. The work was completed in a single day, and they did an excellent job cleaning up. My roof looks significantly better than when I first purchased my home.

Dior Construction installed siding on my home. I'm pleased with every aspect of their service. Everyone I dealt with in all phases of the job, from the receptionist to the installers, was professional, knowledgeable and customer-focused. Other than the hard sales pitch (reduced price if you commit on the spot when receiving your estimate, etc…) everything about the process was smooth and professional. Dior Construction installed two new roofs (house and detached garage), siding and new gutters. The experience from start to finish was very professional and actually very pleasant. I have to say, their customer service quality really impressed me. The crews I dealt with were extremely professional, thorough and respectful from the sales associates to the on-site project manager to the actual on-hands installers.This company surprised me with their communication style (constant, prompt updates), their professionalism and quality of personnel. It didn’t feel like I was interacting with a roofing company (no offense to other roofers). They treated me like a personal shopper from a “high end” department store would treat a buying customer. Especially the project managers, Adrian and Esteban. Both were very responsive whenever I contacted them, be it phone call or email. Adrian went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the outcome. The company founder and owner also met with me and spent a great deal of time answering all of my questions. (Forgot his first name, last name Dior). That’s why I give their customer service a high rating.
The materials, products and workmanship also get a high rating. The roof material they install is not poor quality. It is GAF, a high quality product with one, if not, the most extensive warranty (50 years). Installers need to be certified in order to install GAF shingles. There’s even a limited warranty on de-coloration of the shingles. They will replace the shingles if they discolor before 15 years. Dior Construction has been in business a long time and not going anyway any time soon, they should be around to honor that warranty. After all what good is a warranty if the company is non-existent? This point is not be overlooked! I purchased and installed solar panels. But company is now out of business. I am left without anyone to honor the installation warranties.

I also got James Hardie siding. It is fiber cement not vinyl siding. It is pricer but it’s a home improvement investment so you might as well install good quality that’ll last longer and won’t fade. And I got gutters too, with gutter guards. Can’t remember the manufacturers of the gutters. Gutters are expensive y’all, relative to the amount of material, in my opinion.
Overall I’m happy with the finished product and the experience with Dior Construction. Special appreciation to Adrian, Esteban, (Project Managers) and Juan Carlos (siding and roof installer). They took care of me. Definitely ask for them to be on your job.

I highly recommend Dior Construction for siding. I had Dior Construction installed James Hardie siding recently and I was pleased. Their crew did a great job. They were efficient. The product was very expensive and they didn't have any extra ( some contractor order extra) left. They are honest company because they strictly adhere to their contract. My families and neighbors love it! Dior Construction is very good company for your siding.

I had interviewed a few Roofers, and Dior was next. Esteban came to my house (on time.) He was polite, professional, and informative. Esteban explained product info and a bit about the company. He answered all of our questions on point. Nothing was vague or left me wondering. This itself was refreshing. We hired Dior that day.
Part of my house was under construction. The plan was to put the new roof on as soon as the new frame was built. Six weeks turned into 6 months. During that time I became well acquainted with Esteban, Rodney and Tony. The team kept in contact with me (while we laughed about another delay in construction), until the roof was built. The team also coordinated with my GC so all the work was seamless. Dior was a superior construction experience. I highly recommend Dior Construction.

We didn't know what to expect from DIOR construction. But when we met Colin, well you couldn't meet a nicer guy. He explained everything to us and answered all our questions and concerns. We got a very fair price from him. As the process went further we started to deal with other members of the DIOR team. all extremely nice and professional, respectful. My mom and I commented how happy we were that we chose this company because they were so nice. Price and friendliness are nice but then comes the job itself. I drove by to check out the job they were doing. They replaced the plywood that needed to be changed and it looked great. They had a great group of guys. You could tell that they took pride in their work. After the job was done they cleaned up so well I couldn't find a trace of anything on the ground. It Was a very thorough clean up. The roof Was neatly done , there was nothing about the job that I was unhappy with. You could tell that the roofers were a good team.I highly recommend this company. You won't be sorry.

Do not use this company. First of all they will try to use a hard sell, sign now or you'll never get this price from us again tactic. Secondly they claim they do great work and give a great warranty etc. When they did our roof they never did a full inspection. As a result a few months after, because of a gap they left between the roof and the attic, racoons infiltrated our attic and damaged the roof. They don't stand by their work and never came to re inspect. Now they want to charge 150 for someone to come and see the roof. What kind of warranty is that? On top of that their communication is very rude and you can never get back in contact with your original salesperson. They don't stand by their work and use questionable sales tactics. Avoid this company at all costs!
