Extremely happy with the service provided via this husband/wife team. Had the GE air thermostat that was faulty. They handled the entire process directly with GE to get the thermostat replaced directly via warranty. Ended up with an entirety new AC unit & thermostat being replaced via the warranty. They communicated extremely well and kept me updated promptly for any updates GE gave and they proactively stayed on top of the process, which really expedited the repair. I am so appreciative of their hard work, knowledge, honesty and commitment to getting everything repaired properly the first time. I will forever recommend them to anyone needing RV repairs or maintenance. I don’t think you could ever find a better or more honest company to work with. Thank you!

If you want honest hard-working people choose Jensen mobile RV Tech! They are the best around, the only ones I use, and the ones I refer everybody to.

I called to get someone out to fix my heat on my camper furnace and I asked what the price was and the lady said 89 for them do a service call which was an hour of time. She said that wouldn’t include parts or and extra labor. They got to my place around 11:15 and done at 12:30. They couldn’t really pin point what was wrong but took 2 wires off of the switch and in that time a fuse blew on my thermostat. They replaced the fuse and put the wires back on and that was it. So maybe a loose wire and It started working again. An hour at my place and the charge went from 89 to 254. Don’t know where they came up with the other 165. Not to happy with that at all. If you’re going to use them please ask questions about their price and make sure they are very specific in what they are going to do for that 89 bucks. They did show up and were very friendly. I just don’t think that price was right and I didnt get a detailed invoice. Just showing I paid 254.
