We had the most positive experience with this small business. From the initial meeting with Jill, obtaining a quote, scheduling the work (all done the same day), and the install (scheduled within 2 weeks of quote), was absolutely phenomenal. Absolutely the best customer service and communication throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend this company without hesitation.

Wonderful company ! Jill stayed in contact with us up until the install day. Dwayne and his crew of 2 were here and done within a matter of a few hours. Fantastic company to work with! Had my quote within 30 minutes of requesting and install scheduled. Jill reached out to me the day before install to let me know they had some delays on a big project to let me know what the new time was to make sure that would work. Showed up when they said they would which is rare on the Eastern Shore. On the day of install, Dwayne went over the job with me and answered any questions on what would work best. They were done in less than 2 hours and the gutters look great! I would recommend this company to all my friends and family without hesitation. From start to finish Jill was the most professional person I’ve dealt with, had a quote within minutes after looking at the job, worked with me to schedule when my renovation was done and had to change the date a few times, plus she stayed in contact the whole time. I had the absolute best experience with this company! From the time I made the phone call they were here the next day to measure for gutters and then I was put on the schedule only a week out to have the gutters installed! Jill is amazing to work with and so is Dwayne. It only took them not even two hours which was completely amazing to me! I have used J&D Seamless Gutters twice for my pole building. Once was for the initial install. The second time was due to the recent snow damaging one side (no fault of J&D). If you have or planning to build with metal roof, I highly recommend snow guards! Jill does an amazing job of communicating from sending quotes out to scheduling the work. Dwayne has years of experience and does high quality work. I will continue to recommend them for anyone looking for quality gutter work!

This husband and wife team are the best! The customer service is truly outstanding with open communication and a helpful understanding of the product and what to expect with installation.

I called for an estimate, was able to get one but I also got a big dose of her bad attitude. Pre sale customer service this bad I can only imagine what its like after they have your money.

My response to your response: I never asked for a cheaper price, but you probably didn't notice because you were too busy talking over me and cutting me off. The passive aggressive tone you took in your response to the experience I had was a nice touch.

Great experience! Estimate provided the first day we contacted them. Very friendly people who quickly responded to every question. Showed up early for installation, did so quickly without interfering with the household, and made absolutely no mess at all. I would use them again without question and recommend them without any hesitation.

It was a all around pleasant experience dealing with Jill and Dwayne. Super responsive. Great pricing. Jill showed up an hour after I requested a quote. 2 weeks later Dwayne and his helper were setup by the time they said they would arrive. Got rid of the old gutters and installed all of the new a little over 200' long in a few short fast hours. Very refreshing to see contractors that show up and do what they say they will within the time period they say. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Highly recommend won't disappoint.
