We were in need of a dryer vent cleaning. JCS was very quick to respond and came out the next day. Great service and resolved any issues we were having immediately!

We've used JCS at our home and other properties for vent cleaning and bird guard installation several times. They always respond quickly, show up on time, and do quality work. Their techs are not afraid to get up on high ladders and clean out birds and dirt. They are transparent with pricing, and though it's not cheap, it's a once-and-done solution. We keep using them when we have birds and vent issues, so that's a testament to their quality work.

They did not try to sell me anything additional and when I said see you next year they let me know that unless I burned more wood than I had the previous year that I could skip a year. We had our dryer vent cleaned and a cage installed over the outside vent. The dryer works better than ever and dries in less time. The new cage does not accumulate the lint, allows it to be released. Our previous cage collected lint and had to be cleaned frequently. What a relief not to have to get on a ladder to clean the cage on the second story. Thank you JCS Home Services.

The owner, Jason, is very attentive and responsive. He took time to have a conversation about what needed to be addressed without making assumptions or taking a "one size fits all" approach. The technicians sent to our home were knowledgeable, worked efficiently, kept things clean and were very respectful. I would call on JCS again.

Jason was really trustworthy. I’ve had my share of contractors being dishonest or slipping in an extra charge at the end. I had a bird building a nest in the dryer vent and contacted him. He gave me a quote through email and his guys that came stuck to that. The two men that showed up called to see if they could come even earlier than planned, which was great. They got here, put booties on to come inside, then explained what they would be doing. I would highly recommend this company!!!

Prompt réponse to scheduling inquiries. Provide prompt and excellent service. Very careful around the home and clean up leaves after cleaning gutters. I have a hip roof that makes the gutter cleaning more complex, and JCS does an excellent job.

I used JCS to have my dryer vent cleaned. I emailed and received an estimate within 4 hours with discounted coupons already applied to the very reasonable estimate. They came within 24 hours and not only did a wonderful job, but also gave me advice and useful information about fire hazards, etc. I was so impressed, I will be using JCS for my chimneys, gutters, and air duct cleanings along with those regular dryer vent cleanings.

JCS removed a starling that decided to nest in our dryer vent. They were prompt, professional, thorough and well-priced. The starling was removed unharmed, our dryer vent cleaned and a new trap installed to prevent future nesting by feathered friends. We will use their services again in the future for our regular dryer vent cleaning as well as for any other needs that arise.
