Have been going back and forth with this company for over a week now after a botched gutter job with no resolution in sight and now they won’t return calls emails or texts. Boss was initially so responsive and looked really on top of it. Until we discovered the job wasn’t fully completed. We reached out about it and were met with apologetic responses and assurances that the work would be corrected and that he’d had to fire his whole crew. We agreed on a time and place for the repairs to take place and he never showed and won’t return communications. Will be requesting return of funds and contacting a lawyer if necessary.

I had them put gutter guards on my house as it’s too high for my ladders. A few pictures they sent looked good so I assumed it was all that way. I recommended them to my sister and a year later I went to check her gutters as it’s only about 9 ft. Guards were only on about 1/4 of the house and some were not even fastened. So my brother and I spent a couple hours putting gutter guards on her house. Now I’ll have to get someone else to come and check mine out. Not sure what they were thinking but I wouldn’t and can’t recommend them for any work

Justin is a thief! He asked for money upfront, dropped off a ladder, and never returned to do the job. He texted intermittently, and at one point I asked he return the money. He said he would deduct labor cost (no work was done) and paint cost (I am not in possession of the paint). I begged him to call me to no avail. I contacted his business partner at Northern Kentucky Gutter Repair to have him call me as well. Silence. He took my hard earned money and vanished. Supposedly he had personal matters to attend to, but he never offered to bring me back the money, knowing he couldn’t complete the job in a timely fashion. He scammed me, and I have nothing nice to say about this man and the way he conducts this business. He is anything but professional.
