It is the worst experience ever. We were told that our house will be done in February or early March. We sold our current home and mover with our relatives for a month or so. We couldn’t get our house until late May, now this house is finally delivered but sitting on the property for over a month now and nobody giving us any estimate time when they are planning to finish it. We overstayed our welcome time in our relatives house and now paying mortgage and have no place to live. Don’t matter how many times we called office and asked how much longer do we have to wait, we are getting no answers. We asked office worker Bob to give us corporate office contact so we can complain but he told us, that he is the corporate and no one will help us. We are tired, disappointed and literally have no place to stay at this point. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!! Ever!!!!

Worst experience ever!!! I had left a review before but had to remove it under threat of Bob stating that he would come back and remove my home or do no further work.

Avoid this company if at all possible and it will save you a 2 1/2 year headache!. As a “general manager” Bob need to learn some customer service skills.

Make sure anything said and promised is written down and even then that doesn't hold water, closed Sept 2020 not sure how or if legal after you close the contract on your house they can come back and request more money before delivery or you agree to do some of the work like trimout and they keep the steps, to offset some of cost, because the cost of materials have gone up due to Covid-19, poor excuse, house should've been delivered March didnt arrive til May

William and Bob at Jacobson Homes have been very responsive with all of my needs and requests. I am not the easiest of customers being that this is my first manufactured home, but they have always been understanding.

The home is now in place and beautiful. During the shipping process, some cracks formed, as well as other cosmetic and electrical issues came up, but their team fixed them right away before move in day. The home has everything we requested and more. I would highly recommend seeing them about a new home.

Don’t go to Jacobsen Homes. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST BEFORE PURCHASING. The process is great until you sign and move in. It’s hard to get them to come out. The sheet rock is glued (not screwed), no Insulation in the interior walls, cabinets are really cheap and starts falling a part (literally), the crown molding/ sheet rock starts separating/cracking after a year. Issues and issues with the front and back doors. Tile work is uneven. The outlets is not straight and secured. It is really poor and unprofessional Craftsmanship. They don’t take pride in the work they do. Once you do have a few things done, it looks like a pre schooler can do a better job. The caulking they use is terrible. Please I’m trying help someone from having a nightmare. Research before buying. I should not have this many problems in the first 14 months of living in the home.

Homes are beautiful. They allow you to go inside each home and look around at your own pace. Everyone there is really nice and helpful.

I would not recommend this company .. we purchased a land/home package from this company and months down the line our land is flooded we were told “ well we didn’t pick that land” yet the land prep was in the loan and they issued the check to the people that prepped the land .. our land was so low our water pump was under water on top of that one of their contractors called to say they would come out to see what was going on with our land and home and never even showed .. now won’t even pick up the phone they don’t care once u close .. the whole process was torture so don’t waste your time or money .. go somewhere else !!!!

We will be posting a full review of all the problems we have had over the years soon. We'll have to condense the many files and pictures we have. The dealer and home have been the worst experience of our lives. Everyone I'm sure knows exactly who we are by now and the issues we have.

Our experience with Mr Bob Stebbins was great. He was very professional and informative. Answered all our questions. Took time to brainstorm with us to get the home we wanted. Home came on time no delays what so ever. We were excited and grateful the process went smoothly. Highly recommended.

With cash on hand... I called to possibly buy a house , I asked about the prices since they dont have any of the prices listed online and when I asked he became very rude, Disrespectful and sarcastic over the phone.... Buying elsewhere...

Bob Stebbins was the most professional and helpful representative during our home buying experience! He made the process simple and helped my wife and I get the home of our dreams! I would recommend anyone who is looking for a home to contact Bob and his team!

I recently bought my first home here and i honestly could not of choosen a better place! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Thank goodness for Mr.Bob he was a true god send! He has done everything i have asked and more to make this process as smooth as possible! Thank yall so much for everything! Im so happy to finally have the house of my dreams for my kids and myself! I would recomend buying a home with yall any day.

I had a review posted and was contacted by the owner and was told no more work would be completed till the review came down. I moved in about 3-4 months ago and they just removed the previous house that was here. The work on the inside is yet to be completed I ordered 2 pillars for the inside of my house bought and paid for and they have yet to install them. If they tell you they will do something MAKE SURE YOU GET IT IN WRITING. Still waiting on repairs to be completed and the house is unlevel but they refuse to check it. Be careful. There is a place across the street from them that are a lot nicer so check them out first before you come to this place.

My husband and I bought a home from Jacobsen home and it's all been a nightmare..
The excitement of buying a new home was taken from us.. 7 months of nightmares, stress and anxiety since we've been in the home..
All Jacobsen says is that it's not their fault.. That's what Bob has been telling us for over a year..
The date we were given that the home would be ready was 4 months off..
The contractors that they hired to do the septic and other work, they do not stand behind..
The new Destiny home that we bought is falling apart..
The septic has to be redone, it was done wrong and has to be replaced, we've only been in the home
for 7 months.. The drain field doesn't work at all..
Jacobsen will not give company names of the contractors, just cell numbers..
The home its self is falling apart...
I have heard stories from others that have bought from them and they are going threw some of the same issues..
Tried to get info from Jacobsen so it didn't turn into a lawsuit and they refuse to help...
