He is a master con artist. He did half the work and took all the money and never came back to finish. The work he did was VERY poor quality and will cost me thousands to tear up and repave. He will spend the whole time telling you about how strong his Christian faith is but he is anything but a Christian. He changes his company name often...I wish I had Google his phone number. Awful experience.

Beware - J Gorman contracting LLC is a scam operation and rip off! Please do not use. They do not have a contractor registration certification required by all contractors in the State of Delaware.

They did a shoddy incomplete job coating (painting) my concrete garage floor. They did not properly prepare (did not degrease or acid etch the concrete (as proper garage floor painting protocol requires) and fill/repair the cracks in the concrete. I requested polyaspartic floor coating as this generally considered the best floor coating available. Instead John Gorman used polycuramine floor coating and said it was the same as polyaspartic. Further research revealed this to be a lie as these floor coatings are not the same. Numerous light spots are apparent as they did not show up to apply the required second coat. They also did not remove the paint stains left on the concrete pad in front of the garage as promised.

In summary, the owner-operator and family of this company are a bunch of con artists and crooks. Please read some of the comments posted in the Better Business Bureau website for further confirmation of their business practices.

I contacted John to put a new roof on my house about three weeks ago and he came the next day and gave me a estimate highly professional and on time the next day they started working on it they got it done in three days they done a fantastic Job and in a timely manner would highly recommend to anyone that needs roof replacement
