Ivan Chavez low balled the estimate and then it cost almost double. He is very polite and tells you "I will take care of everything. You will see, it will be beautiful.". He is a confidence man trying to extract as much money as he can from you, or he is terrible at estimates. He does not listen well to complete the project as per your request.

Once he takes your money, he ghosts you when you call/text him to come back and correct his poor work. See attached pictures of poor workmanship. You tell me if this is this small sample of his work is acceptable. Today, May 21, 2025, I informed Ivan that I will get someone to correct his poor or incomplete work and take him to small claims court. I am sure that he is no stranger to this process.
