Chris did an amazing job. Needed a roof vent fixed ASAP. He showed up and fixed it and treated my house like it was his own. He even took the time out to fix other issues on my roof without me asking or charging me. We need more contractors like him!

Christian and his team did a great job on my roof. They are professional, clean and fast. Christian stays with his men while they are working to make sure all is going well. Christian is thorough, honest and gives a fair price.

Christian gave me a detailed estimate that included top-of-the-line GAF shingles at a VERY GOOD price. In one day I had a new roof (on the house & shed) and new gutters. Cleanup was great: I didn't find a stray nail. Christian came back the next day to check everything and even inspected the driveway to make sure the dumpster hadn't made any marks. It's nice to be able to highly recommend a local business in my hometown (Fairfield)!

Had a roof leak from the latest storm which led to water coming into the house. Called DeFalco, Christian responded immediately and was here the next day. He assessed the damage and was honest about the issue and condition of the roof. Our roof is over 20 years old but still has s some life in it. He provided quotes to fix the issue as well as what it would cost for a new roof. Both quotes were very reasonable to me. Fixed the problem in less than an hour. Christian, called back within 10 min of my call. He then came out the same day, texted me to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived he explained what he was going to do, sent me pics from my roof, made the repair, and cleaned everything up. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my options moving forward.

Very happy with my new roof replacement. Christian was up front and kept an open line of communication the whole process, which goes a long way these days. He went above and beyond to find a day for the replacement despite some bad winter weather and a 30 day insurance timeline. From the chimney flashing to the underlayment, everything seemed to be installed very well.
