Jordyn does amazing work. His attention to detail, cleanliness, and overall quality of work is second to none. The subcontractors he uses are quick, professional, and do great work, too. I would highly recommend him for any construction needs you have!

I appreciate that he answered my phone call at 8pm but respectfully declined my projects due to distance... which I can't blame them.

Jordyn crafted a stunning outdoor overhang over our backyard patio. He took his time understanding what we envisioned, provided a prompt quote and brought it to life. Jordyn communicated every step of the way, providing options while describing everything in terms we could understand. We now have shade, and privacy in an area that’s hard to come by. I cannot recommend Jordyn with Irvin Built Construction enough!

Jordyn did an excellent job with putting new cabinets in my rental property laundry room! Cabinets look beautiful, and very well put together and constructed! Wife and I decided he’s our go to guy for the rental and our primary home! He was honest and spoke his mind about what would work best in the available space. Also quick to respond to client texts, calls and emails!!!

Absolutely wonderful to work with. Our bathroom was cracked, water damaged and an eyesore. The attention to detail when taking our main bathroom from a gut to a modern and funky space we can't stop looking at is unbelievable. Jordyn was very easy to communicate with during the entire process, and having him in the house during renovation was an absolute pleasure. We will be returning to Irvin Built Construction for our future renovation needs!

I could not be happier with the work I received from Irvin Built Construction! Converting a small attic half bath to a full bath in a 100+ year old house presented some challenges, but Jordyn communicated all of these to me and I never doubted that he would succeed. He stayed on timeline and budget even with some major surprises (like additional subfloor work and more extensive plumbing fixes).
Jordyn has an eye for detail and strives for perfection. He was able to create trim to match the rest of the house so it looks like it's been there forever. He also created a new attic access panel that blends with the wall, like a hidden door. It is obvious that Jordyn takes pride in his work and it shows. He is a wealth of knowledge and taught me a lot about construction methods from the early 1900s as well!

Jordyn did a bathroom remodel in my 100 year old home. Jordyn is the absolute best contractor I have ever hired! He is professional, courteous and his work is outstanding. Jordyn took my 1980’s style bathroom and gave it a modern update. Irvin Built Construction completed two bathroom makeovers at my house. The before and after photos are dramatic—boring 90’s style to in-house mini-spa. Jordyn’s attention to detail is apparent in every aspect of the project from the initial planning to his excellent tile installation. He communicates well throughout the project from the quote/contract, sharing his schedule (plus he sticks to it) to explaining what is happening during the build. I highly recommend Irvin Built Construction for your next project—in fact, he is already booked to come back for Phase 2.

Irvin Built construction did a fantastic job on our kitchen/downstairs bath remodel. We live in an real gem of early 1900s Craftsman construction, and my wife has an eye for detail. We wanted work that reflected the quality of old-school craftsmanship, and Irvin Built delivered in spades. From carefully rebuilding old window casings and trim, to thorough demo-work, carefully rebuilding sub-floors, and then executing on fairly complex tile-work, Jordyn handled all of our needs with prompt responsiveness.

Jordyn worked very well with fellow sub-contractors on our project, co-ordinating with electrical and plumbing, etc. He also has a tremendous work ethic when it comes to meeting deadlines. When he says he will do X for Y$ in Z time frame, he will do everything in his power to meet his commitment.

I was mildly worried about how our medium-sized project would turn out, and Irvin Built construction far-exceeded my hopes. You are in good hands with Jordyn.

I am building my own home in Jackson Wy and sometimes have projects in over my head. I hired Jordyn to come in on weekends outside a large project he was overseeing on a multimillion dollar house. With his help we were able to finish framing the roof and then installed siding on my home addition. He is very professional and knowledgable.

We had several complicated projects (custom tub surrounds, custom log detail, driveways, cabinetry, landscaping, specialty flooring, and heated flooring) needed for our ranch. Jordyn is not only a top notch carpenter, but he is also a master at project managing, logistics and timeliness. His quality of work is superb!
