Iron Roofing - Glendale Heights, IL

I just got a letter that they will not be completing their work and they will not be able to pay back money owed to some and to contact their lawyer. They were paid for the full amount of the job. They owe me money. Unethical and dishonest company company.

I had hail damage to my roof this summer. Alex worked with my insurance company and adjuster to ensure everything was accounted for. Alex was awesome!!! He was knowledgeable and delivered what was promised. The workers did a fantastic job.

I was approached about hail damage to my roof. Rick at Iron Roofing offered to facilitate the process of replacing my roof with my insurance. Once the ball got rolling the the rest was easy. The workers installing the new roof were efficient and professional. My new roof looks great! The entire job took a bit longer than anticipated however the end result was worth it!

Extremely satisfied. Very professional. Tech Salesman James is incredibly knowledgable and professional. He guided through the whole process, answered all my questions, was patient and did not hound me, he worked with me on my timetable. His counterp[art Fernando were able to work with me and also offer some price breaks and guided me away from some other areas I did not need to waste my time or money in. The roofing team worked hard and well together. We have a large house and very steep roofs with many angles and turrets. It took the team 3 full days and I do not believe they rushed anything, they did it right. Thank you Alex, Ronald, Gabriel,Dennis, Jesus, Martin and Eddy.

James was polite and efficient. Everything was mapped out for the insurance inspector which took very little time out of my own day. I'd have to say the most difficult part was picking the color, but that was left up to my wife. The workers were very careful to move outdoor furniture and cover the work areas. Cleanup was thorough and before I knew it the roof was complete.

We cannot say enough good things about this company and it’s employees. From the great salesmen, James and Fernando, to the professional roofers who came in and worked like a well oiled machine. First let me say I hate writing a review but this business impressed me. Alex the contractor from day one rocked. He battled my pain of an insurance company for almost 6 months. Showed up and personally delivered supplies needed during the work, managed the construction team, finance team, and walked me through every step. The construction team also rocked and I couldn’t be happier.

My team met with me and explained the process from beginning to the end. Company worked well with my insurance company.

James and Fernando are pretty awesome... I consider them the face of the company... they got everything taken care of, and any issues that have popped up along the way they've helped me navigate.... At this point I really do consider them friends... they reach out randomly just to see how things are going

Power Exteriors was able to walk me through the process of filing the insurance claim and made the installation of the new roof quick and easy.

Justin came to my home and initiated the claim with insurance company. I had storm damage and was approved for a new roof. Justin was very responsive and addressed my questions promptly. He was also there for the insurance inspection and talked to the inspector to address all of the necessary repairs. Bennito and his crew came out to my house. They arrived early and were very hard working and professional. Mike and his crew came back another day to address the final details of window wrappings, gutter, and gable vent. I would highly recommend this crew.

Alex Carr was very informative and answered all of my questions. He is a easy to work with and worked with my hectic schedule when he made the appointment and showed up on time. He definitely went above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend Alex and the company to others.

We had storm damage to our roof. Justin of Power Exteriors came out and contacted our insurance company to get the claim started. On the day the adjuster arrived Justin was also here and pointed out all the damaged spots. Our claim was approved for a new roof and trim around several windows. Great experience, I would recommend them.

Matthew was very professional and friendly to work with. We were given samples of roofing to use, and he was helpful at choosing the best color for our house. It was done in a very timely manner, it looks great, and the service men were very professional and friendly. Our neighbors were happy with them as well. Highly recommend.

Power Exteriors did an amazing job - not only with the full siding replacement, but also going to bat with the insurance company that was extremely challenging to work with regarding our storm damage claim. Matthew and his team recently completed my exterior house renovation - new roof, siding, windows and gutters. Could not be happier with my experience and most importantly the final effort. They managed the insurance company and addressed all of my questions with ease and honesty. So excited to watch my house transform from 1969 to 2020!

This company is great. I had them out to look at my siding and roof after hail damage. In my mind they went above and beyond. The insurance company stuck their heels in the whole way but Matt and his team pulled through and got them to pay. Matt and his team were full of integrity from start to finish. They did what needed to be done and did it right. I still see them in the neighborhood doing more projects and they always have a smile on their face when they wave. Had roof and gutters installed after bad storm in May. MM worked with insurance company to make sure all damage was covered. They did a great job, very clean and professional. Would recommend this company. Also had patio sliding window and another window installed by MM. Good quality and great price.
