Had a section of gutter blow loose and land on roof of the church. They put it back so it looks good as new. Quick response and good communication. Would use again without a doubt.
In 2023 Iowa Roofing & Exteriors ( Gary Mattix - Owner) replaced my roof after the big hail storm that came through central Iowa. To say the work done by Gary's crew was high quality, fast, efficient, and clean is an understatement. So when my roof received some damage last Tuesday from a limb taking down overhead power lines along with my electrical service entrance I called Gary. I called Gary at 2:00 in the afternoon. Gary explained that all his crews were working and because of the heat he might not be able to get to me that day, but if they couldn't, he guaranteed they would do the repair the next day. An hour and a half latter (3:30) Gary called me back to say a couple of guys from his crew would be at my house between 5-5:30 to make the repair, that he had already looked up on his computer what shingle he had used on my house in 2023 and had 2 bundles loaded in his truck and would bring them to my house so his crew would not have to make a trip back to to the shop. A little after 5 o'clock Gary, his son, two of his crew, and 2 bundles of shingles showed up. About an hour latter there was no evidence that my roof had ever been damaged or that a repair had been made.
Gary's service went way above and beyond, and because it was emergency service I would gladly have paid a premium for it, but when I asked Gary what I owed him he said I owed him nothing and that he was glad he could help a previous customer. He even left me the remaining shingles so I would have shingles that matched my roof if I should ever need them.
The only thing better than the quality of work done by Iowa Roofing & Exteriors, is the character of the company owner, Gary Mattix.
Iowa Roofing & Exteriors provided a fast and smooth experience from start to finish. They arrived promptly for the estimate, completed the work quickly and efficiently, and delivered excellent results—all at a great price. Their customer service was outstanding throughout the entire process. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend them!
