I knew Cory and that he was very detailed oriented so perfect person to do my house inspection. He didn't disappoint. He explained things he was seeing as he went. This was very helpful for me.

Corey got on the properties I needed and got them inspected immediately. Followed up with a thorough phone call and let me know he was available for further help. Couldn't have asked for more!

Cory did a in-depth inspection even went above and beyond to cut and remove briars to get to electrical panel to inspect. Went over report prior to sending it out to be viewed with some key areas to address. All in a very timely manner.

Cory was super thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. If I had to have another home inspected tomorrow he’d be the first person I’d call. Highly recommended.

Very thorough inspection. Received the report to within 24 hours of the inspection. This report includes text, description and photos. Very detailed report and review was easily explained. The inspection did a follow up call to see if we had any questions plus explained more in detail when asked about certain areas.

I scheduled a pre-purchase inspection on a house I was interested in. I contacted Introspective Inspections and scheduled an appointment. They were very prompt and kept informed every step of the way. Jared provided the inspection and I was given complete photos with every assessment with full written confirmation of any areas that needed follow up. Their pricing was very reasonable and I asked for sewer line inspection to be included. I was very pleased with the results and professional explanation and follow-up. Loved having Cory do our inspection. We knew we were getting a very detail-oriented and thorough inspection when we decided on using Introspective Inspections! & That was according to the recommendations we heard from our realtor and others who had used his business before. We will soon be moving 740 miles and unable to see in person the 2-acre property with a large home that we have chosen to buy. Corey came out when we were available for him to come inspect our home. He also walked around and showed us what he was seeing. When he seen we had a few issues with our roof Corey knew it was supposed to rain in a couple of days and he wanted it fixed before the rain came in. Corey got us the information we needed that same night and was at our house the next afternoon to fix the issues with our roof. Corey did an amazing job and was there when he said he would be and also worked in a timely manner. Corey knew what he was looking at and what the best way to handle the issue would be.

Cory, came and inspected my homes roof he inspected all vents and shingles and seen areas that needed his attention and he told me the day that he would be there to fix all that he found and he was there the day he said and did great quality work and very affordable awesome stand up guy and Christian family

I have received Cory's contact info from other recommendations. Cory did an excellent job, on the report. He was very detailed and took many pictures of the house with diagrams and additional examples of what should have been built or what will be involved in repairs once you take ownership. He also provided what has changed in the building code since the house was built. Easy-to-follow interface to review the report. The selection option at the top makes it easy to see the different groups(tags) Cory has assigned to the different categories and colors assigned to each item. We had a little rain on the day he was scheduled and it didn't stop him from taking many photos outside and climbing on the roof to inspect.
Very satisfied and will recommend to others about Cory.
