I was moving to Washington from another state and contacted Zac about an inspection. He provided clear details about what would be done and it was very easy to use the website to schedule a time and date convenient for me, since I was only in the area for a month to look for a home. His report was very thorough and any items not addressed were caught on the re-inspection I requested. Very well worth the cost!

I have purchased several homes in the past and the inspection report results I received were no where near as comprehensive as the report Zac prepared for my recent purchase. Zac took the time to walk me through the critical areas of his report and explain how to interpret his findings before he left the property, and then followed up the next day to see if I had any questions. My homeowners inspection with Zac Withers was very thorough. He arrived on time and never stopped moving until he was done. But he didn't do a "quicy" job. He looked at everything. He provided a complete report and answered all my questions. I would recommend him highly.

Less than 24 hours after the inspection, Zac gave me the full report. It was very detailed and easy to understand. This report really made a difference for me, since it gave me confidence in the state of the house, and gave me a better idea of what to ask for in my negotiations with the seller.

The seller agreed to pay for a handful of minor repairs, and in the end, that saved me more money than the inspection cost, so all around this was a fantastic experience for me!

If I could give Zac 6, or 7 or 8…perhaps even 10 stars I would. Zac is thorough, specific and perceptive. I have purchased two homes previously and NEVER had this level of service, professionalism and easily understandable documentation of a home inspection. If you live in central Washington and don’t hire this guy, you’re an idiot!

Zac did a great job with his inspection of my new home! He was very thorough and detailed out the information in each area of the home, and took photos of those areas that had issues. He also answered questions from my follow-up email after I received the report, and provided me with companies that he trusted in the area to do various home repairs. Awesome!

I cannot recommend Zac highly enough. Not only is an inspection the best money you could spend in the process of buying a house but an inspection by Zac is truly the best. We were fortunate enough to use Zac for 3 separate inspections on 3 separate properties. His inspections are extremely thorough and he is very knowledgeable. His inspection reports are back so quickly and he is always available if you have questions. His inspections really helped us make the right decision in finding a home. Buying a home is so expensive but an inspection from Intermountain is worth every penny no matter how many times you do it.

Zach scheduled a home inspection on short notice. He provided a detailed report with photos and ample evidence for his findings as well as recommendations. Zach followed up with a phone call on the afternoon of the inspection for some further commentary, and allowed me to ask some questions, which he answered knowledgeably and took time to explain in a clear precise manner. Several days later, as I was in communication with sellers / negotiating, I reached out to Zach again with a few items I needed clarified. He also recommended some simple self fixes. I can highly recommend Zach, he is thorough, detailed, and pays attention to minor issues which others might overlook. Also, he has excellent verbal communication in all follow up calls. I am very satisfied, and will recommend him heartily, although he already has a very solid reputation within his community.

Zac was prompt in communicating, on time for our appointment. He is personable, knowledgeable, thorough and efficient with his home inspection. His report is detailed and comprehensive.

We were referred to Zac by another real estate broker as we were buying our first cabin and had so many questions and concerns. Zac was amazing, detail oriented and took his time to explain everything about the property….especially future problems with drainage. First, I'd like to say that Zac's Google profile makes it look like he has a mullet (he doesn't, it just appears that way from the background). In person he has no mullet and is much better looking than I expected.

As far as the actual inspection, he was extremely thorough. The property I had him look at is a unique one in terms of construction methods, and I appreciate the research Zac did on that topic before coming out. He was unable to inspect the whole property because of some safety concerns, and he came back and finished on another day after those were addressed, no extra charge and no questions asked. 5 stars, would highly recommend.

Zac was great! He specialized in remote locations with unique structures and was very knowledgeable. He was able to get us on the schedule within the week and he even went to the house a few days early to gather the well water samples to drop off for testing so they'd get them before the weekend!
He knew exactly what he was doing, and looked for everything. His report was given to us the same day and it was very thorough.
Zac even went above and beyond to help us get the gas and generator powered appliances up and running so we could make sure they were working. The house also had a complicated solar and batter system powering other things and he was just very helpful. I'll never hire a different inspector!

Zac did an awesome job inspecting the home I am purchasing. He took his time and was very thorough. He made sure to crawl even to the farthest end of the attic and did not "skip" the difficult to reach areas. After he completed the inspection he game a good overview of what he found. Then gave a list of the concerns that should be addressed first. About an hour after the inspection he emailed a more detailed list of items and it included pictures in a very easy to navigate format. Very Professional. Will use again in the future and recommend to others
