Rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work. Kelly and his partner diagnosed and replaced our AC in record time which was a relief after 4 days of 100 plus days!

Called for a/c problem, he said 1/2 hour was out in 15 minutes. Very knowledgeable, and and he is not out to rip anyone off. Very pleasant. Does great work.

Frank saved us! My father and I, and FIVE PETS were in the RV using the generator for the AC in 100° heat! When it quit- he was very responsive and came to us. He had it back up and running in no time! He also taught me SO MUCH about my generator and he was so thorough! He went above and beyond to clean and check every single thing! Frank from Integrity Mobile RV Repair was very courtesy and professional. We got “caught” by the winds in Moab with the awning on our RV out and Frank came and took it off the RV for us so we didn’t have to worry about driving with it tied for the rest of our trip back to Texas. Frank at Integrity Mobile RV Repair came out to look at the unsafe electrical work I had done by Andrae at RV Home Repair. He’s certified and qualified, unlike others - he immediately spotted serious issues and was clearly concerned about what had been installed.

Two major problems - an exterior RV door that wouldn’t open, and a water heater that wouldn’t heat. Integrity Mobile RV Repair worked the problems and solved both in two hours. A+ for response time, knowledge and friendly service!

We had slide issues and they stopped by after their last stop, after their regular business hours. It was throughly assessed and determined we needed to order a replacement part. Since we were only there for a few days, we decided to hold off on ordering the part. They came back on our checkout date to bring the slide back in, no charge. Our RV A/C decided to quit in Thompson Springs in 100 degree weather the night before we were leaving for the next stop on our vacation. He had an out of state emergency come up and had to leave, before fixing the AC. but before leaving he had another service come at the scheduled time and get it fixed. Frank just completed several repairs on my coach. My initial call was for an air conditioner issue He resolved the problem. While on site I had him check my other two units. He found problems that would have been an issue down the rode. He serviced the other two and they now perform as they did when new. He corrected some poor work done on one of them on a service call in Florida. He also noted the seal on my front cap was coming off and replaced the old sealant after stripping it and prepping it for resealing He repaired an exhaust fan rather than just replacing it saving me money. Normally my reviews are much shorter but Frank’s service is the best I have seen. He is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain repairs made before and after. I called Frank to see if he could help out a renter with an RV heating issue. Not only did he come out almost immediately, but he fixed the problem quickly and efficiently! I called Frank yesterday evening and he came this morning to install an upgrade on my trailer’s AC. Digital panel replacing the old analog one. He was on time and did a great job. Everything works perfectly and now I can control the unit from my phone, set a temperature for heat or AC and it will keep it.

I hate to say it but I'm sorta glad we broke down so we could meet Frank! We had trouble with our Schwintek slide and Frank and Mike fixed it at a very reasonable price. He is the best tech I've ever met and was so professional and explained everything to us. He asked if we wanted him to look at our roof and sure why not. I had a generator problem that was fixed very quickly, I also had problems with my Awning and solar which Frank and Mike took care of and always keep me informed of what was going on.
