Had the pleasure of working with Jay for the first time today inspecting a home for me in Eagan. I cannot describe how impressed I was. His easy going attitude while maintaining COMPLETE professionalism is exactly what you want from a home inspector. Completely walking my client through the inspection and putting together an impressive pamphlet for us, this guy is the real deal. I will recommend him every time to any home buyers looking for a thorough and professional home inspection. 10/10

Jay from Inspect It, Inc. performed a fantastic inspection today at our potential new home/property in Corcoran, MN. He was patient, thorough, and had the experience to answer and provide excellent inspection results. I recommend Jay from Inspect It, Inc. to any home-buyer looking for a quality and detailed report. I presume most inspection agencies cannot match this level of service as many inspectors do not have the
background and/or advanced knowledge alike what Jay does. Thanks again Jay!

Jay did a fantastic job both on the inspection and explaining how some of the more complicated systems operate.
