Jorge and his team did a garage conversion for my family. The plan we had was to make a bigger bedroom for our daughters and make a bigger laundry/utility room so Momma had some room to breathe compared to the tiny hole we had before. From the initial plan, it turned into something far more amazing than I could have ever imagined. Every “so hear my out” or “I have an idea” my wife Vic threw at Jorge, he listened and delivered to the T. From the hidden book shelf that connects our family room into our girls new room. To the dream kitchen of having a pantry and a complete Gas conversion for our stove which I pretty much just new and wrote off that I was never going to have gas in this house. Well, Jorge delivered with getting a gas line ran to our house with a long and exhausting process with summit but again, they all made it happen. This opened up the door for us to get a tankless water heater and upgraded our HVAC that has me saying I can’t believe we ever lived without Gas the vision Victoria had made this our forever home and I’m thankful for Jorge for being the type of contractor to sit down and map out he is hearing her correctly: which I can tell you, I’ve been burned In the past by a contractor that did the opposite. The only reason I gave a 5 is because there wasn’t an option for a 6.

Mistakes do happen. Accountability is of the utmost importance. Asking the customer to fix the mishap is not professional or the customer's fault. I know we wouldn't have had any communication if this review had not been submitted, unfortunately. Great learning lesson for the company moving forward with future customers. We just won't be one of them. We would have been if we were given the respect and courtesy of a call/communication. Because we do understand things happen.

Had an appt for today @ 11. Never showed up. No phone call, no communication. I waited for over 30 minutes, which was more than gracious. I took time out of my work schedule for this.

Jorge and his team re did two in ground pools for me and my business. He was about half the cost as one of his competitors and got both finished within a week. He reached out to me literally every single day with progress updates. I was super happy with everything from the beginning until the end. Highly recommend Jorge and his team for any pool install or replacement.

As with all the other reviews on here, you can't go wrong hiring this company. We have already moved to Kansas and are in the process of selling our house, during the buyers inspection sever hail damage was noted. I found Imprint Home Improvements on Home Advisor, and like all the Google reviews, they came highly recommend. So all through phone calls and Text messages they meet the Allstate claims adjustor at the house, who totaled the roof. The very next week my home had a new roof and is ready to be sold. Can't thanks them enough!
