I was referred to Jerry last summer, he was responsive and scheduled me in quickly but once his team came to fix what they called nail pops and paint. They spilled paint on my floors, china cabinet and sofa. We were able to get the paint off the floors and cabinet but our sofa was the issue. He said he would reimburse me for the sofa once i purchased a new one, each week was a new excuse, it has been 5 months and now he has gone MIA.
