Peoples are nice but highway 280 route 45 miles make me cried 500 traffic lights on this road on returning on this highway I travelled 20 miles in 2:12 hours. So crazy

We have been coming to IKO Sylacauga since the opening of the plant. Our experiences here have been fantastic. We are usually here first thing in the morning, and one of the first few trucks to get out which makes a way nice however, I like to tell Lee short story another driver, friend of mine used to come here a couple of years back, and he was telling me that thanks to the patients of the lady that you check in with, he was able to learn how to speak enough English to be able to check in with her to load his truck and he very happily tells me that as she got to know him every time he got on the phone with her to check in, she would kinda yell his name Eddie , because she had developed a very nice rapport with the man I cannot say enough about Danita Denita is a fantastic person is always kind and happy every time I check in and has always helped me to resolve and not only me the whole crew of us at JR Truck Lines that has been coming here. We’d like to extend the great thank you to Danita for her professionalism and her kindness .

Arrived at 1:45pm. Roughly 12 trucks in front of me. Was still out in 2hrs. Line moved consistently.
Would be 5 stars but lady for check in is sort of rude.

One of the better shingle places to load at. I average about an hour load time. Sometimes longer, sometimes shorter. Anytime its a hold up on the loading side its usually because of drivers taking their sweet time securing their load. The forklift drivers and shipping personnel are some of the best around.

Avoid this place today been here two and a half hours and nothing. Updated Been sitting here for 3 hours seen two trucks pulled from behind me and are getting loaded went to the window and ask the guy said I don't know what to tell you we just busy today, been here one time in the past sit here for 2 hours went to the window and asked and they said something was wrong with the load and I needed to call my dispatcher but nobody bothered to come tell me that

Place is super busy, but it’s ran very smooth. As soon as you enter hit the scale and call shipping. Very friendly lady (10/15 0600) takes your basic information and provides directions. You pull around back to the flatbed dock area. 9 bays to load in. Loaders are getting busy and hustling. Have a safe trip driver

The other reviews gave me caution about loading here, but I was in and out in under and hour. The inbound scale phone didn't go through to shipping office, so I had to call using my cell phone, but other than that, this place was extremely organized during my visit. Flatbed docks are spacious and the loaders were on the move!
