Best company ever! Val has integrity and takes his work seriously! Also one of the nicest and most sincere people. Here’s an example. Had them replace my roof last year. During a heavy rain noticed a wet mark on the ceiling. Called Val over the weekend and asked if he could come by during the week. Within an hour he was there with his crew. It's been 2 months since iHome installed a roof for me. Brandon was very knowledgeable and explained why the contractor that gave me a slightly better price was actually not providing me with a better value (I think it was a few hundred less) because they only provided 2 sheets of plywood (and I ended up needing almost 10 sheets). They also provide a fantastic warranty. The crew leader, Christian, gave me his cell # and texted me pictures during the project and replied quickly when I had a question a bit after the project was completed, even coming out to hop up on the roof to be sure there wasn't an issue.

This is the second time I used iHome Design for a complete roof replacement. Both jobs were performed very professionally and I was very satisfied. The only advice I would give with using any roofing contractor is to discuss before hand any problems that might be found after the existing roof is removed. In my case they advised me that all the wood needed to be replaced which almost doubled the price. At that point you really have no options.

We were very pleased to use iHome Designs to install a new roof, new gutters and replace our chimney crown. After submitting the project on Angi's, iHome Designs was the first company to contact us and they were able to come out to our property the next day to assess the roof and explain the materials and roofing system. Brendan was our contact and he did a great job explaining everything and answering any questions we had. iHome Designs was willing to work with us on pricing based on quotes we got from other contractors. The roofing crew came early in the morning and stayed all day, completing the roof within 2 days, as it was a large project. The manager, Cristian, monitored the work, explained to us what was being done (with pictures and videos) throughout the entire process and answered any questions we had. The roofers swept the perimeter of our house for stray nails after the job was completed. That weekend, the gutter crew came and completed installation of 6 inch gutters with guards, and a few days later Cristian and another crew installed a new chimney crown. They were very responsive and thorough with their work and explanations, and willing to handle any concerns we had in a timely manner. Working with iHome Designs was a great experience and I recommend them to anyone looking for a quality exterior contractor.

We just completed Siding, soffits, facia and gutters on our home. Val, Christian and the team were wonderful. They were their on time every morning and available all day for any questions we had . I hired IHome designs because of the good reviews I read online and because they were a local company in Oakland. They sure lived up to my expectations. Part of being a good trade company is the quality of the work you do but also the professionalism in how you address problems when things don’t go as planned.

IHome designs sold and installed 3 new skylights for me replacing existing ones that were neglected and over 30 years old in an existing roof. With this installation it can me tricky to weave/flash the new shingles into the existing shingles of the roof and form a water tight seal. This was something I was weary about.

The installation went as planned. IHome showed up on time and installed the skylights for a reasonable price. Three weeks later, we had a lot of heavy rain and fluctuating temperatures. I had discovered a leak in my bedroom near one of the new skylights that had been installed. The next day I contacted IHome and they were extremely responsive and attentive to this problem and addressed it with a sense of urgency.

They sent a crew to find the leak within the area of the skylight and reflashed and caulked the shingles after finding the leak. They also repaired the water damage that was done to the inside of my ceiling from the leak. I highly recommend this company. They are professional and responsive and stand by their work. They continued to do the impress me by doing the right thing. I will be using them on future roofing/siding projects for my home.

We would give them more than 5 stars. It was white gloves treatment for the installation of our new roof by an amazing efficient company iHome Designs. The presales were fabulously handled by Val who walked us through the difference design selections and how to select a color scheme that complements the overall aesthetics of the home. Once job was complete, their cleanup ethics were second to none as they removed all debris no matter how small by walking throughout the property like a search team. Val and his team did roof replacement, skylights replacement and replacement of Fascia & Soffit on my home.
The plan on Fascia and Soffit was repairing four damaged spots. Can you imagine how much I was amazed when Val offered free installation of the Fascia and Soffits for whole eaves of my home because they cannot match material for the repair? Fascia and Soffit was 35 years old. Actually I a little bit wondered if they do really free of charge, but they did that in perfect and there was no additional charge on other additional jobs happened through the roof replacement.
I presented him a gift with my sincere appreciation.

We now have a newly installed roof and gutters, and, I couldn't be happier; I love the way it looks!!

I cannot recommend this business enough. Team replaced my 3,000+* sq. ft. roof that was neglected for more than a decade in 2 days(!). The speed doesn't mean rushed and shoddy worksmanship in this case. I was on-site the whole time to inspect the work as it was happening. Project manager was transparent and showed me every step of the process as per my request. They were able to finish quickly because of expertise; the IHome team really know what they're doing. With any large renovation project on an old house like mine, there are peripheral things that come up: sheetrock needing replaced because of old leaking roof, chimney support breaking due to age, etc. This company fixed these issues at no cost. And speaking of cost, the price for the total job was a few thousand dollars less than estimates from competitors.

We found iHome through a referral when we needed a roof and couldn't be more happy. Albert and his team were professional from the start. They were efficient and courteous throughout the job. Sadri from iHome Designs came out to give us an estimate for our roof. We were looking to be proactive as our roof was on the older side. Sadri evaluated the roof and got really in the details of what signs are important to look for in aging roofs. He said we could get a new one, but suggested we have a few more years of life in this one. He got on the roof and was very thorough to evaluate. Meanwhile we had 2 other companies come out and just from looking at it on the street said it was in dire shape. They were very quick to push for a new roof without any of the detailed review Sadri did. This is the difference between a good company and a company trying to make a sale. I definitely will be giving Sadri a call in a few years. Honesty can be tough to gauge with some contractors. Give them a chance at a minimum to get straight talk. Thanks Sadri.

From the sales representative Jonathan using the drone to show why I need a new roof with pictures and giving the reference without asking. To the project manager Albert from day 1 of the start of the project was exceptional to the end. The price quoted was reasonable however due to unfortunate circumstances the old plywood and rafters being unsuable due to improper ventilation from the previous however thus causing the project cost to increase more than I expected. I was still happy with the overall results as they showed me the damage of the plywood. The cost of plywood is crazy for the year 2022 as nothing I cannot control nor Ihome designs. They offered a suggestion to keep my roof ventilation but I decided not to do it at this time due project cost budget. I will definitely use IHOME designs on my future projects

I had Val and his men Reeside my to home. This was during the Covid situation supplies are limited material hard to fine. Despite all the obstacles the job was done timely correctly with no problems even though it was in the dead of winter. The cost was below the average but the workmanship and professionalism was well above average. I recommended them to neighbors and again they were satisfied the neighborhood is beautified.

Afterward, the tenant claimed it was still leaking. I asked Val what to do. He promptly responded that he would go back to inspect the job, and will fix it if it’s not done thoroughly, or he would send us the refund if we prefer. We of course asked him to go back to inspect the leaking area, and turned out that there was no signs of leaking after the first repair.

We needed our roof replaced on our home. We went with this family owned and operated business. I was given great info on the different roofing materials that there are to choose from these days. These guys go above and beyond building code to make sure you get a quality job in the end. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous. The end result looks great.

They gave me updates daily on how the work was going. Then crew worked from 7:30 untill 8pm making sure everything was done perfectly and professionally.
