We had them build our structure between 2018-2021. These were some of the issues;
1. Never stayed on schedule.
2. The owners of this company would tell us they were on site when they weren't.
3. Very poor workmanship in painting, cutting lumber to size, keeping angles architectually accurate, sanding sheetrock seams, and so on.
4. Very messy work site. They even lit the dumpster on fire from their smoking materials.
5. Used wood within the finished construction that still weeps sap after two years of installation.
6. Demanded payment even though the work was far from complete.
5. Did not communicate, schedule, or control their subcontractors.
7. The owners said they received subcontractor pricing, although the pricing for some of the trades were as much as 300% over-priced.
I stongly suggest you do not hire these rookies.
