Extremely friendly and helpful. Had them come out to inspect the cause of a roof leak and they stopped by right away and were able to point it out the issue. Provided me with pictures and very clear explanation of what happened. Will be working with them in the future to install some attic fans

After the recent New Year storms, our roof revealed a leak. We are long time clients of Ichi Ban, so we reached out to them about the urgent leak! Of course they were very busy, but they acknowledged the urgency and repaired it as soon as possible. Thankfully, after inspection, Ichi Ban determined the entire roof was not leaking, but the temporary fix will buy me some time to prepare for the replacement. Ichi Ban handled the initial pitched and flat roofing over 10 years ago, so I will reach out to them to handle the replacement. My roof started leaking this morning during the second round of major LA storms. I called and they answered and came out on the way back from another call. These guys are super responsive!! While it was still raining, the problem was located and the minor repair was completed. I'm so happy with the service -- 10 out of 5 stars. Crisis averted, whew.

I had my roof re-done 5 years ago: 3 bdrm, 2 ba SFR in Hermosa Beach, shingle roof. It developed a leak a month ago in our den. I could not reach the original roofer. Apparently they went out of business. A close friend gave a strong recommendation for Ichi ban roofing company. I gave them a call late on a Friday afternoon, and they showed up for an inspection and estimate the following Monday. Ron was very prompt, very professional, and quoted a very reasonable price to find the leak and do the necessary patch work. The repair was done in a single day the following Saturday, and it is holding strong from the recent rain test. I would highly recommend Ichi ban for any and all roofing needs. They truly are #1!

I live in a home in Los Angeles and the owner had a roof put on the house before the rainy season and when the rainy season began the roof leaked after the roof replacement. It took one year for this company to come out after they were notified of the leaking. Finally someone did come out to check it but the repair hasn’t been completed, now it’s been three years waiting for the complete repair. Because it took so long to repair roof, now I’m waiting for the company to repair the ceiling.

This company completed a roof installation for me in 2017 and I have had nothing but problems. My roof continued to lead causing problems inside. After many complaints, they finally came and resolved the issues. However, for more than a year I have tried to get the issues inside resolved - NOTHING. I will NEVER use them again.

Although we didn't have the roof fixed by these guys, Rondie helped guide us to find a roofer locally that it made more sense to have do the job. Super honest, very reasonable and patient with my lack of experience in that area. If you're closer to the LA area and need roof work done, definitely give them a call.

I called to have an ESTIMATE performed for a home we are purchasing. I had multiple conversations with Anita over the phone who never said anything about a fee. Ron shows up and first thing out of mouth is if the $350 charge fee was paid already for a roof inspection!! I specifically asked for an estimate not an inspection as I am the one requesting a service. Ron insisted, and argued that I needed an inspection performed. He starts nagging about driving out far and that he needs money for him driving out there. On top of that he starts arguing with the realtor. This guys is a joke! I am for supporting local business but not this guy's business. Call someone else who is professional, not rude like this guy.

Ichi Ban Roofers were punctual, clean and very professional in the way they conducted business with our roofing needs. Ichi Ban used a
"modified bitumen" method. It's a rubberized material that is applied with a small orderless propane torch.
Because of the rubber, it is extremely durable & has a long life.
This is a clean process without the mess and smell of conventional tar or hotmop application.
It's my decree and none can contest, ICHI BAN Roofers it's the best!

I was extremely satisfied with the job Ichibsn recently did. They completely replaced our roof. The price was competitive, the workmen were tidy and pleasant and the owner Rindie was extremely accommodating of our schedule and also with my requirements. As a design feature, he fulfilled my desire to cover the fascia with anodized metal. It is absolutely stunning. Highly recommended.
