HVDR

I recently experienced a water pipe/valve break from the folks that live above my condo. It was a horrible mess, yet I was able to turn to HVDR whose complete professionalism brought me piece of mind and then some. Ariel was immensely helpful with explaining each and every step that was about to take place in order to mitigate the damage that I have experienced the week before. He used a Gadget to show where water had build up in parts of my ceilings and walls. I admit that I was extremely nervous about the situation as one might totally understand that my home life was about to be completely uprooted due to what had taken place.

The cleanup went particularly well. Not only were Tom and the crew professional in every way, but just seeing them getting to work brought me comfort that I was in the right hands. After removing parts of the ceilings and the walls that were affected by the water deluge as well as tile throughout my bathroom, they sprayed so that mold would not develop. Mold is a silent killer, and you just don’t want to have to experience anything like that. Special machines were also used to dry out the affected areas. These guys knew what they were doing. They also ensure that there were no sharp objects left, and all the nails were pushed into the beams and doorways so that I would not be hurt if I rubbed against something sharp. In other words, they assured my safe well-being. They will be working directly with my Public Insurance Adjuster who will be contacting my insurance company as well as my neighbor’s insurance company to recover the appropriate amount that will help rebuild my place as well as for this mitigation process. These guys do this for a living and take the guess work out of the equation. You can be assured that HVDR is a company that you wish to work for you. The job took two days and involved parts of my bedroom, bathroom, and my hallway by my washing machine and dryer. I’m very glad that I turned to them. I highly recommend HVDR for any extensive damage restoration issues. They came quickly when we had a leak coming from the upstairs bathroom, damaging the floors below. They were able to contain the issues and remove all of the damaged materials and left the area as neat as possible, with minimal disruptions for use. They are very professional and know what they are doing. They ensured that our home was ready to be restored and renovated. I would highly recommend them.
