SCAM. Some guy with a heavy accent cold called, my phone said 'scam alert', and asked if I needed a new roof. I couldn't get any information about where this company is located in Vancouver. I asked him if he could tell me anyone's name at the office, he couldn't. I asked him for the address of the office in Vancouver, he didn't know. He ended up hanging up on me. Huge red flags.
