I'm sorry to say I do not recommend this company. Many things were missed during the home inspection. My husband and I were lucky to catch and point them out to the alleged trained professional. On top of this, he was lazy choosing not to inspect the attic just because there were some small personal items in the way. My husband offered do it, and the home owner was very accommodating moving the couple of boxes out of the way, and even placed a ladder for my husband to use. He could've been a lot more thorough and willing to do what he's getting paid for. I will not hire him again.

Tab did a very thorough excellent job of inspecting the property. I was with him except when he inspected the roof. I would highly recommend using him. I will sleep well knowing that he didn't miss anything. Jim

Tab was very thorough it is inspection and found many many things that were wrong that I would never seen. These items were subsequently corrected before they cause major problems later on after I own the house.
