I had the best experience with House of Glass personnel…Kaden, Tyler and Carter. They all were very good to work with and did an exceptional job with installation of 3 outside doors. I would highly recommend them and hire them again. Thanks guys!

I had a rock chip repair done that turned out poorly. When I needed their services again and asked for a different technician to fix the chip, the receptionist laughed at my request. Given that this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered poor customer service from this company, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Couldn’t ask for a better experience. These guys are awesome! From Quality, price and customer care. They respond immediately to calls and texts too! They kept us updated and they cleaned up after themselves!!

I went in because of a small rock chip. While trying to repair it , it ran across the windshield. Immediately they had a quote for a new windshield. I went to another company for a second bid, that bid came back lower than House of Glass even though House of Glass caused the windshield to crack because they drilled too deep according to a second opinion. I highly recommend going somewhere else for a rock chip repair.

On my way out of town and got a rock chip. Called and they quickly got me in to repair chip and hopefully prevent cracking and expensive windshield replacement. Awesomeness

They replaced a car windshield for me. It started to leak and they would not fix it with out charging us. Very unprofessional and very poor quality regarding craftsmanship. I would never do business with them again. I would highly recommend that you look up Christiansen Glass & Paint, A to Z Glass, or Becks Auto & Glass.

Very professional staff that have the customer in mind. We have done everything with 6 homes we’ve built in just over a year and been very happy. Kaden in the office is great to communicate with and always willing to help. The installation crews are friendly and very personable. We will continue to do business with them. Highly recommend to everyone.

They were very helpful and was impressed how much they went out of there way to find me the glass I want for my classic cars! Would recommend for sure!

My experience differs from that of other reviewers. House of Glass replaced two steel doors for me this past Summer. Each installation had to be redone by my contractor. Neither door operates well. One of the doors has a glass insert with a visible gap that allows for tons of leaked air. Though I have closed the gap with silicone, it remains unsightly.

House of Glass was also supposed to come make repairs to the threshold of my front door. It seemed my contractor had no pull to get them there. After releasing my contractor from the job, I called several times to schedule a repair. They would not commit to a schedule, but repeatedly assured me that they would get back to me and fit me in before Winter. They were a no show. It seems they are only interested in big jobs. I would have gladly paid more for reasonable and prompt service. The photos below show the poor door fitment and the air gap above the window insert.

Based on their workmanship, visible product flaws, and lack of followthrough, I cannot recommend their services to anyone. I am left with a result that is no better than the doors I replaced. I am willing to amend this review if my future experience warrants, but for now, I stand firmly at ONE star.

Loren went the extra mile to fix a window in our cabin. His INSTALLED price was about the same as I was quoted to buy the double pained window with no install from another shop.
