Ace Hardware Ephraim

The last 3 times I went they are Absolutely not helpful at all!
5 employees standing around and look at you like you’re doing something wrong. When I asked for some more lids for the containers I was buying all he said is “you need more lids than containers?”
WTH!! They have separate bar codes on them and are sold separately and what is it of his concern what I need. I told him they are separate and he turned and had to ask his manager if they were.
They didn’t bother looking in the back either. They are absolutely rude. No apology or anything as to how he treated me and questioned me. I will never be back.
(And we have gone there many times and spent a lot of money there but no more) I will go to horseshoe mountain hardware or another Ace. Gordon’s Nephi and Payson locations do not treat people like trash.

This place is awesome with exceptional service. I love the screw & nut/bolts section. You can find about any nut/bolt you need and can buy them individually instead of a whole package. I highly recommend. They have good parking and a great selection of about every household item you need.

Some of the best customer service in town. Prices are a bit steep compared to the same items at Walmart though.

Needed a replacement part for my moen shower. The retail guys knew exactly what to recommend. The part worked perfectly. Thanks for the help.

Did you know that Ace has a nice selection of LDS books? When you want a thoughtful gift to build faith in someone special, this is the place to visit! Whenever we stop by, the employees always help out with any questions we have. One time, they didn't have the lattice netting that I wanted, but went out of their way to see if it could be ordered. Nice place to shop.

Friendly staff that were willing to help us find the things we needed. They even gave us a flag and offered us food. How nice of them. It's a great option for dyi repairs in the area. Thanks

Great new hardware store with everything that you need in hardware. Friendly and engaging staff and owners. Easily located right off the main highway. Plenty of parking space.

Brand new store. I found the Birdseed I was looking for. And lots of other products as well. Friendly helpful staff. Just South of the True Value Hardware store and just North of Hermansens hardware Equipment and rentals. Definitely worth checking out all three stores and grabbing lunch in the process of shopping. Shopping local is definitely worth it. Happy shopping.

This is a new store in Ephraim. The staff is very friendly. They have the typical stuff you would find at Ace.

Very nice place with lots and lots of things to choose from. Logan knew what he was doing when he chose inventory. I look forward to having to go back again just because of how awesome this place is in a small town. Oh and free pop corn is the cherry on top.

Ace hardware was initially having some system challenges with their Black Friday sales, and I wanted to see if they would follow through and help overcome some customer service issues, but they absolutely did and I was very impressed! Their owner made things right, which is a sign of great integrity!
