Hopfauf was wonderful to work with. We so appreciated the ideas generated during our initial meeting as we prepared for a kitchen remodel. Our project manager, Jake, handled everything and communicated with us every step of the way. We love our new, high quality, and most importantly, functional, kitchen.

Our experience with Hopfauf Custom Builders was very good! The work crews were always respectful of our property. They took the time to answer questions as the project progressed. They cleaned up the work area daily. Our project manager, Jake, was easy and pleasant to work with. He responded to our questions and concerns in a kind, timely manner. We highly recommend Hopfauf Custom Builders. We are very pleased with our expanded kitchen and dining space. The room is beautiful!

We were very pleased with Hopfauf Custom Builders. Their communication on the project was top notch. We always knew what was happening and what to expect and when to expect it. Very easy to work with. Good people.

Project took over 3 months to complete, I had to beg the project managers for information, items I specified I wanted at the start didn't get done, was left waiting on multiple occasions to let workers in that never showed up or they walked in when i didn't know anyone was coming. In the end had to set up a meeting and take in pictures of sub par work to owner to get it fixed. In the end the work was done but it took a lot of effort and time. Megan at the front desk was the only good part of the whole project.

I have worked with several home builders in the Bismarck/Mandan area and the quality that Hopfauf Custom Builders provides far exceeds all others. Not only with new homes, but with remodels and small to mid sized commercial projects as well!

From start to finish, Jamison and the framing crew were professional and efficient. Jamison made sure to stay in contact throughout the framing process and was always available for questions. I am very pleased with the quality of the finished project and would recommend.

I have used Hopfauf custom many times for both large and small projects. They do first class work and clean up the job site every day before leaving. They show up everyday and do what they say. Also they communicate, which is huge. They keep you up to date on the project status - I highly recommend Dave and his crew to anyone looking for residential or commercial building or remodeling. I have worked with many builders. This builder is among the very best the area has to offer.
