Prompt and honest assistance. Chris Batista is excellent at assessing issues and coming up with reasonable repair solutions, painting, home renovations, etc. I have worked with him for many years prior to his joining Homeworx.

Very prompt even though they were given short notice. They evaluated what was needed for repairs, got me a quote, and got back out to do the work , all within a week. Quality of their work was top notch, but I was most impressed with their response time, which was as good as their work.

Homeworx did a wonderful job fixing my wall that had to be torn out due to water damage. You can’t tell anything was ever done to the wall. It looks great!

The guys did a great job. They fully replaced our exterior door, some trim downstairs, and installed a lazy Susan and cabinet for us. All was done with punctuality and professionalism. Excellent work all around

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Homeworx Birmingham. Bautista, Lacey, and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure that the experience was a positive one. My home was damaged last fall by two huge trees during a storm and spent months being strung along by a different company before finding out about Homeworx. They worked well with the insurance company to get all work approved even some that was not on the initial quote. The most impressive part of the experience was the care that the team took inside my home to ensure they did not damage or dirty the carpet, walls and flooring. Thanks for an awesome experience. Quite by accident we discovered a leak coming from our master bathroom shower. We called Homeworx here in Pelham. The remediation team, John and Scott, plus Dereck and Emmett came out and determined the leak was the shower pan! They were very easy to work with, very considerate of our home, kept the room cleaned, taking all the tear out material out in heavy duty garbage bags and off our property. Also very respectful of our late rise each morning. They always sent a text telling us they were on the way to our home. Very pleased with their work.

We had some work done on our new house before move in. Derek and his crew did an amazing job. They were professional, did the work in a timely manner, and we loved the results. We will definitely use them again in the future!

Had some work done in a few rooms for mold remediation as well as reconstruction. The team was incredibly knowledgeable, fair and worked around my schedule. Also had to have them back for a separate emergency issue on a weekend and they showed up within the hour and began work. Scott, John and Derek were all really great to work with.

Would highly recommend, I had pretty bad water damage in my house from my hot water heater busting John and Scott came out and fixed it with no problem they had amazing attitudes and they let me know what was going on every step of the way, I will definitely be calling for any future problems.

John and Scott are punctual and professional! They showed up each day on time and worked until their daily goal was achieved. They listen to my concerns for my home and they showed compassion for my health issues which could be affected by the clean up process. Scott and John are by far the cleanest contractors I have ever experienced! They kept the work areas confined with plastic walls, cut even lines as they tore out damaged ceiling, walls, and floors… they even swept the floor before leaving at then end of the day.
I am pleased with the work they have done in my home! We will proudly use them again in the event of an emergency.

I called Homeworx to assess some discoloration I saw in my attic on a couple of rafters. Two very professional, nice young men, Scott and John, arrived and took scrapings to send to lab. Long story short, lab results were negative for any bad stuff. I’m impressed with this company’s honesty!

Homeworx did a wonderful job! After our first meeting they gave us a couple of options about how to achieve our plan and how to do it better and more affordable. They kept the working area neat and safe. The manager was present often making sure that everything was done correctly and according to our wishes. After they were done they came twice to make sure that we were satisfied with their work and see if we found anything that needed to be fixed. We are 100% satisfied with their work and will be happy to recommend them!

I’ve known Cris for years. He has always been honest, kind and professional. Recently, I needed soffit, facia, roof repair and gutter/downspout replacement. Cris personally came to look at the project. His estimate was fair and they were able to start the project within a week of our approval. I had a small area I wanted his team to repaint and he quickly had this completed to my satisfaction with no hesitation. Homeworx finished the job on time and it looks great! When I dropped my payment, I was able to meet the whole Homeworx team. Everyone was super nice, happy and I noticed each individual had a great sense pride in what they do.

This team is excellent. I arrived at one of my customer’s homes for a pest control service. She opened the door crying with a broken water pipe flooding the kitchen and her husband out of town for work. I called Lacey. They are also the only restoration company in B’ham I know of who can take care of asbestos.

When my fridge sprung a leak and flooded my kitchen the co-owners Cheryl and Baltista of Homeworx sent their team over within 20 minutes. Derek and Scott have made this nightmare bearable! They immediately took care of not only my home, but me. I cannot say it enough if you're in a situation where you have water damage, mold and mildew damage give them a call!
