CHRIS, the owner, is terribly rude, disrespectful, and terribly unprofessional. I understand that the contracting industry can be stressful, but it does not excuse rudeness. And NO my feelings were not “hurt” as this liar wants to attempt to state. Rejection is a part of life and I am always open to rejection for that reason. But rudeness is not to be tolerated. He has serious anger issues and is willing to even call people names. He is not someone I would ever recommend. He’s rude and bitter. You can CLEARLY see how unprofessional he is even in his response below, the proof is in his own actions. Thank you.
Hiring HomePro was the right decision for me. I was having trouble getting companies to come out and service my home after the bad snow storm. When I called HomePro they were at my home the next day. Edil, Jonathan & Hesler were awesome they did a fantastic job on my house. Thank you so much just amazing!!!
Called for an estimate for a small section of water damage in a kitchen nook. Chris was the absolute rudest person i have ever spoken to at a company. Condescending, belittling, and completely unprofessional. I stated i needed a quote to see if it's worth filing an insurance claim. He said, "It"s either an insurance claim or it's not. WHICH ONE IS IT?" my deductible is $3k for probably $3k or less of work. I was very professional with him and said I'll call someone else, as he's obviously not interested by how he's talking to me. He kept repeating "BYE BYE. BYE BYE. BYE BYE and hung up on me. Terrible excuse for a company. I'm absolutely appalled by this interaction. I hope his work is better than his mouth or he wouldnt be in business.
