They used to have someone greet you when you walked into the store. Now hardly anyone says anything to you. I passed by several employees even ones in the same isle as I, and obviously I was looking for something. No one ever asked me "Sir can we help you find something?"

Working with an employee, lady comes up behind me he immediately acknowledged her, asked what she wanted, said we don't carry but I'll call Lorain's for you, stepped back to pull out his phone, another crew member nudged him back to my order.
I needed the items or I would have walked out (He miscalculated the first order and I missed it).
