Home Renovations - Great Falls, MT

Home Renovations came to my warehouse and removed a couple large walls and an office. They worked with our crew to accommodate our schedule and did there work after hours so we could remain open during the day. Zach always had good communication letting us know when they would be working. They came in got the job done and my warehouse is so much better now. Appreciate these guys and look forward to working again with them in the future.

The team at Home Renovation did a fabulous job installing a roof and siding to a 71 year old detached garage. I wasn’t sure that the building was worth saving, but Zac and Chris ensured me they would bring it back to a sustainable building. Thank you everyone at Home Renovations.

Home renovations replaced my roof and gutters. They did an excellent job and were very professional. Brad Bergstad was always available for all of my questions and was awesome and easy to work with.. All work was performed in a timely manner. Excellent people would use again.

Home Renovations was hired to put a new roof on a property that a lender had foreclosed on. This work was done in November of 2018. The property sat empty for over a year until we purchased it in December of 2019. The roof began to leak and we contacted the company several times by calling the office, calling the owner's cell phone, sending the owner texts and sending of pictures of the relatively minor issue that needed to be addressed. He never responded. He never called back. He totally ignored our requests for him to come out and address the issue.

I don't normally write Google reviews but this one I am compelled to because of how upset I am regarding my experience with this company. I contracted with Home Renovations to fix my roof approximately 6 months ago. I had used them to do the gutters on my home previously so I thought it would be a good relationship. The guy that was hired to fix my roof was late almost every day. He did not fix the problem with my roof and I received a bill in the mail for the full work amount. Not only that but he tore my brand new hose using it to work on the roof. I complained and they said they would send someone. After approximately a month of waiting, I reached out again and asked for a refund to go elsewhere. They declined and said they would send someone else to look at it. This second time around, they were able to fix my roof (from what I can tell so far) but in the process they broke/cut two of my solar hanging lights that went from the roof to the fence line. I didn't even notice until I went to hang them back up that the chords had been cut or the contractor yanked too tightly and broke them. No one said anything. I contacted my contact at the company and she offered to deduct half the cost off my final bill. This has been a 6 month battle with less than great customer service and still I am paying a full bill from this company because I have heard from friends they will put a lien on your home. Even if the work was not good! DO NOT RECOMMEND. I would have rather paid double to a quality contractor or not had the work done at all then ever work with this company again.

I really recommend this company! Roof and gutters turned out fantastic. The crews were polite, fantastic, and thorough. The roofers had unexpected weather- light rain showers in the forecast, so they stayed late to make sure I was dried in after finding I had 3 layers to remove. They cleaned up everyday and made sure no nails were left and kept my animals in consideration constantly while on my property. The sales rep was fantastic and dealt with my insurance company, submitting all the documents and making sure everything was submitted, so that I received my payment in a timely matter. Should I need any home improvements in the future, I will definitely use them again.

DO NOT HIRE! I don't typically write reviews but in this case I wish I had been warned prior. I worked with Home Renovations for over a year on a hail damage claim. After that time and me making numerous follow up calls they finally completed the roofing and skylight repairs. The work they preformed was sub-par at best. The interior caulking looked terrible and they only caulked after I requested them to do so around the interior skylights. They try to use low grade materials but charge top dollar as well. Zach Olson the owner is manipulative, deceitful and even has his employees lie to customers. After this experience I sent them a letter of termination. This was over 3 months after they completed the roofing work. In response to my letter and offering them final payment they finally sent me an invoice. Before I even could respond to the invoice, again the first one I had ever received, 5 days later I got notification they put a lien on my house. I am not the only one with a poor experience with this company either as I have come to find out they have multiple formal complaints against them. I could go on for days about how terrible we were treated but overall save yourself the headache and do NOT hire.

I’m very happy with my metal roof and siding. The crews were thorough and left my property in pristine condition. I would definitely recommend them and use them for any future projects I may have.

Zach and his crew did everything they said they would do to a tee. Very organized, clean timely matter and all around fantastic job! I will call them for any future projects!

Performed roof, siding and paint repair for hail damage.. I live in a rural area so the work was spread out over a longer time period but all work was very professional and minor problems were addresses promptly. I would recommend this company without reservation.

joined the company late fall. The hail storm brought on several (slow) insurance claims. take a lot of time to process. very poor leadership. handbook is irrelevant. insurance jobs will not take place for close to a year. is known/but not well known so consumers are skeptical about writing a check for half down with a company they are unsure of. as a salesmen, if you are un able to get half down you don't get paid on it. cost more to drive to non existent bids than the commission check amounts too. they have a great installer in Tyson. still using box miters and aluminum, will need to be replaced next hail storm, box miters leak. steel is the answer, and in this companies case is cheaper. look at the corners where the cutters connect, you will see what I'm talking about. owner is very illusive, cost me more money I did not have to attempt to operate. if you are over weight and want to loose a few pounds, its your fit
