Lucas helped us and guide us from the begging They had really good suggestions how to improve the flow of the house and use space better for our growing family of 4 .
Everyone , including the workers , were really professional , they kept job site clean and organized .
We appreciate quality of workmanship, punctuality and what was very important to us fast responses and easy to reach .
We just moved into the house recently and loving everything about it , definitely exceeded our expectations.
Would definitely use them again in our future projects.

We live in the city of Fontana. Home Pro was one of the 4 companies that gave me quote to remodel our two bathrooms. Lukas', a contractor, personality and the direct way of discussing earned our trust although his quote was not the lowest. Yes, he did suggest additional improvements but was never pushy and did not show much disappointment when we declined. As a retiree, he understood that I could not go too much over my budget. He was direct about every possibility on additional costs during the remodel. Lukas also honored my request to have the same crew working throughout this project.
Salvador, supervisor, was very friendly and addressed every concerns. He was very quick to respond when I contacted Lukas. Juan, the worker, was a very steady worker and his work showed pride. Yes, there were few minor adjustments but he was responsive to my suggestions and made it work.
Work was completed within time I had anticipates and was able to stay within my budget. I can suggest Home Pro for remodeling for their value and quality.
Lukas, stay playful and keep smiling as it will put your customers at ease.

Tore out old balcony and replaced with new materials. Also had a new sliding glass door put in off of balcony.I highly recommend this company. They communicate a lot. Workers were all friendly & professional. They also were on time and came when they said they were.

These guys are dishonest, unresponsive and completely unprofessional. They promised so much day one and everything I had a questions about, their response was "yeah, yeah, no problem we will take care of it." Well they did not.

The project managers Daniel and Ariel were absent unless of course they were looking to get a check and Daniel would typically ask for money before tasks were even close to being completed. They also promised to buy materials in the beginning and once job was started told me I had to. One of them was also rude all the time and did not listen to anything we wanted when it came to details. I also played project manager most days and neither of them knew much about construction when I had questions.

They also promised that they had all these craftsmen on staff to complete my project, well I found out they subbed the whole thing out to a different company and that guy subbed out to his buddies that did some terrible work. Then when things came to get fixed because of bad craftsmanship they all pointed fingers at each other and did not want to take responsibility. I paid them a final amount to fix my flooring and I am still waiting on that 6 months later. I will most likely have to file a suit to try to get this resolved.

You are better off in hiring a contractor that has a team that can support your project. With HomePro Remodeling, you are just paying a large project management fee for no project management. They definitely don't have your best interest in mind. I feel ripped off and regret signing a contract with this company.

They were going to put new window in my home on 12 /11/2021. Never showed up, didn't call tried to call to get my deposit back and no answer. Finally 4 months later got a hold of someone who stated that they'll reimburse my deposit. It's now June and still nothing. Been trying to call and now no answer. This company is a sham and I don't know where they got their reviews from.? Maybe they wrote them. Im about to contact a lawyer regarding this issue.

Very pleased with the workmanship. Job was completed in a timely manner. I will recommend Home Pro to friends and family members.

Made an appointment for a HomePro rep to come out for a quote. I arranged for my husband to be home early (he has an hour and a half commute) and they never showed up and never even called to reschedule. I replied to the confirmation text and nothing. I called. Nothing. Save your time and money. This company is not worth a phone call.

This has truly been such a horrible experience just attempting to get quotes from this company. Their Representative (Ben) who was to give me quotes for my project was never on time. I always had to adjust my schedule to his. After finally getting something together in early September I called his office in October trying to find him. The office didn't even know I existed? They seem to know what kind of employee they had and let me know, he wouldn't be around much longer. I'm still out of my investment for a digital 3d quote of $2,220
DO NOT WORK WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!

We had a major remodel in our home. We were sold by the two gentlemen that responded. After a very shaky first few weeks due to communication issues, we are now looking at the results and could not be more satisfied. They went out of their way to accommodate and make up for the start.

Company called multiple times to confirm my appointment. On the day of my appointment they called again to confirm my 11am appointment. Company called around 10:30am stating they were going to come by 12pm instead. No no showed up. At 1:30pm customer service called and stated contractor in car accident and will not be able to show up. Terrible service and waited around all day. Do not use them.

I had my pool redone with pebble tech and it came out amazing. It was completed with great detailed and in a timely manner. Lucas and Ramon were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend their business

One of THE most UNPROFESSIONAL companies I have ever dealt with. First, they call us over the past 3 days a total of 8 times, CONSTANTLY asking us if our appointment time is at 10:00 in the morning. Hounding us, asking us if both my wife and I will be there at the appointment. Each time we said yes our appointment is confirmed for Sunday at 10:00 am, and yes we will both be there. It honestly got to the point where it was sounding a little desperate on their part.

NOW, here's the best part. Sunday comes, 8:00 am they call us AGAIN, just to be sure we're still good for 10:00 and both of us will be here. We said yes to both. 10:00 am comes.....and they're not here. 10:15 comes...still not here. My wife tries to call them, no answer. 10:30 comes....STILL not here. We tried calling them again, still no answer. 10:45 comes....guess what...STILL not here. 11:00 comes, now they're an hour late. We never heard from them, we never received any kind of explanation, they just literally wasted an hour of our time. We could have had another company come out at 10:00 that actually would have shown up....instead my wife and I sat in our living room waiting for this company. Do NOT use this company for ANYTHING, they are unprofessional, terrible communicators, and honestly come off as desperate.

I made an appointment with them for a consultation. I waited over 30 minutes for them to show up. I called them multiple times and they wouldn't pick up the phone at all. Finally they called me to tell me that they were doing a consultation somewhere else and wouldn't make it to mine and if I'd like to reschedule. Pfft what kind of company does that? So unprofessional. It was already a red flag that they didn't do an email confirmation like most professional companies and every time they would call my phone it would mark them as "Scam likely" on the screen. I should've trusted my phone and not bothered lol

The guys did a wonderful professional job on both bathrooms. I would recommend the company to all my friends and family.

The guy Rafael came and instead of looking at the entire project, he just wants to do one thing at a time. He insisted on showing photos of a completed house as if that is what he had done.
This California Home Pro remodeling is not a company but just a referral service and they don’t even take the time to check out the people they refer to potential clients.
A total waste of my time.

Made an appointment to come over for an estimate. They texted me to confirm time and date. Never showed up or called or text me.
I called them left a message on recording as well as text....
no body had the curtesy to get back to me. Thanks for making me waste a Friday waiting for a NO SHOW COMPANY....Dont use ever....

We could not be happier with the results of the exterior work that was done on our home by Home Pro. The attention to detail and clean up by the crew was superb. They originally told us it would take 4 weeks and they were done in less than 3 weeks. We highly recommend Home Pro Remodeling.

Emil did a wonderful job of explaining all aspects of the project during the sales presentation. Anthony and his painting crew did all that was contracted and more! As the job progressed, it was evident that more trim work was necessary. Anthony listened patiently and completed the entire painting job ahead of estimated completion.

Very nice and friendly group of people to work with, always keeping me informed of the things they were working on. After all the completion my home looks beautiful, very nice work!! I highly recommend them!!

The work was well organized, completed in short period of time and the quality was excellent! Thank you very much! My master bedroom looks great!

We had our kitchen remodeled with Mr. Leo from July-August 2019. The process was smooth and Leo helps you along the way providing you with next steps to complete the project. His employees: Marcus, Nikolas and Anatoli were all amazing. Marcus did a wonderful job on demolition and replacing our electrical system. Nikolas and Anatoli then installed everything for our new kitchen. These guys are masters at what they do and they will complete the tasks requested of them expertly. I have no reservations about recommending Mr. Leo and the company to anyone looking to remodel a kitchen. I am very satisfied with their work.

I had a nightmare job that I asked Leo from HomePro Remodeling to help me with. 3 other contractors declined to work on my Trex deck that had been partially dismantled because of improper drainage issues which caused water damage to the underlying structure. The deck was in pieces with no roadmap to reassemble it and I had very few pictures of how it was supposed to look. He had his framers redo the deck so it drained properly and resurfaced it all correctly with high quality material. (It has rained heavily since and I can see it is working as it should now.) After it was reframed they assembled the deck so it looked better than it did before. Luckily I had some extra material from the original installation but they mostly used what had gone in previously. His crew is top notch, I can’t say enough good things about them. They are serious about their work and it shows in the level of craftsmanship they applied. Leo is a very good communicator and HomePro worked efficiently and consistently until the job was done. I also had them drywall the pantry area underneath the deck which had to be partly reframed and they painted that AND my entire house and mother-in-law unit. His painters are fantastic- I have a historic house and they did an amazing job with good prep work, all in reasonable time. I highly recommend them- they are the real deal. I have had to deal with some bad contractors in the 20+ years I have been in my house- I know the difference! Thank you Leo and HomePro for the quality work you gave us and for taking my stress level down about 10 notches!

Best experience EVER!! I was a bit disappointed because the project didn't start when I initially wanted it to, due to paperwork from the city. But these guys stuck with me, their office called, kept us posted and really helped us through this process. Everyone I spoke with was very polite and professional not to mention the guys that came over. I did a roof replacement and I must really add quality of work is 10/10. Thank You Homepro Remodeling

I was recommended by my co-worker to seek services from Homepro Remodeling. And I did not regret doing so at all, I replaced the tiles in my kitchen and living room area. You guys did a marvelous job from start to finish. I appreciate the work because all was done within my budget and I am happy with the results. Thumps up to a great company!!

I absolutely love our kitchen, the work done by Homepro Remodeling definitely added life to the area. Beautiful countertops, cabinets nicely done and the lighting is to die for. Time management was great, everyone was friendly and professional. My sister is so in love with the kitchen that's her new favorite place in the house now lol. I wanted to redo my bathroom for a couple of months now, but I was a bit low on funds. Anyways my friend told me about Homepro Remodeling and how they offered financing, I was a bit hesitant. I set an appointment for a meeting and I was in for a surprise, I was approved for financing with very LOW rates. This was more than a make-over for my bathroom, I hardly recognize it. I replaced tiles, updated fixtures and painted. You guys are number 1 in my book. I would definitely recommend you guys any day.
