From my initial contact, Kay's communication was excellent. She and Michael came to my home to inspect the proposed projects and I quickly received a firm quotation. The work was performed in the estimated time frame, and the quality of Michael's work was impeccable. He helpfully added on on small project for me while on site. I could not be more pleased and recommend the Company without reservation.

We just did a massive project with Home Exterior and our results are AMAZING!! Michael and Elizabeth were great to work with, professional, quick and beautiful work! KayLena had great communication and took us through all the steps! The images speak for themselves--yellow is old/blue is new. Our 100 year old home now has new siding, back deck, windows, shingle, and gutter/yankee gutter restoration. The other quotes we asked for didn't even know what a yankee gutter was!!

They also removed and installed new gutters. The professionalism and work ethic is unmatched. Working around weather concerns and heat advisories.
Mr. Colpitts and only one other worker attacked my roof replacement and gutter replacement like it was the only thing the mattered. Altering schedules and working late in order to get a quality job on time.

Kay and Michael have been great to work with on the siding replacement on our house! Even though COVID created a delay in the material arriving they worked hard to get the siding installed as soon as they could get it on their schedule once they were able to get it from the manufacturer. They are both very professional and truly care about their customers. We are very pleased with the final result of the house siding. We will definitely call them for any future projects that we need to have completed on any of our properties. They are a class act and so glad we found them!! If you need work completed they will take excellent care of you!

Home Exterior Solutions had done work for some friends of my son and we were very impressed. My son had then replace their deck and we contacted them to replace our deck. What started out as a deck rebuild turned into a complete outdoor remodel for our home. New deck with a gabled roof, new roof, new siding and 5 new windows. We were impressed with Micheal & Kay from the start. They seemed to know exactly what we wanted and delivered quality work always. I highly recommend them for any home remodeling you need done. This company did a wonderful job repairing and painting our home exterior, making it look fresh and like new again. We appreciated Michael's expertise in finding and repairing hidden leaks in the wood siding and porch pillars, and suggesting the best way to resolve whatever other issue popped up. It began as a quote for some repairs to our exterior siding. Not only did he offer a more affordable solution, but it ended up looking incredible. It started there. They also replaced my aged gutters, adding leaf guards, painted the entire exterior of the home and completed a room that had been unfinished for over 20 years. It is beautiful.

We had Home Exterior Solutions install new guttering with leaf guard and also a new sliding glass door. They were excellent to work with from start to finish!! I was so impressed with how well everything was cleaned up with after completion of both jobs, they hauled all the old away and left our place looking wonderful!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I needed gutters installed and some rotted cedar replaced on my newly purchased home. After calling and emailing multiple other companies to get quotes, Home Exterior Solutions was the only ones that bothered to respond. I had a quote in hand within a few hours. Pricing was reasonable and I was given multiple color choices for the gutters. The rotted cedar around my windows and corners of the house was replaced with a much longer lasting composite material and was painted to match the existing color scheme of the house. On the day of the work everyone arrived right on time and the project was completed before lunch time. I have several more projects I'm considering and Home Exterior Solutions will be the first place I look for a quote.

Michael and Kay were great to work with. We were set to begin work in a month when another storm changed the entire plan. Roof replacement, window wraps, overhead door replacement, and vinyl sighting all look great and on schedule. Kay was patient as we worked through insurance claims. They did a really great job on our house. The roof and the paint looks very good. We choose a blue color for the house that really pops out on our block. The crew is very friendly so you can talk to them and ask question as the work is done. If there is one complaint that I have, is that they are so busy that our next prodject on our house will be next month.

We couldn’t be happier with our deck renovation! They took our worn out deck, re-built it and screened it in. It is now our favorite room in the house! The lighting is beautiful! Michael and Kay were also fantastic people to work with. I have already referred them to several people. I would absolutely hire them again when we have other projects. I did my research before hiring them and now I know why they have such positive reviews!!

Michael and KayLena were quick to get us a very fair quote. Michael and his crew are extremely professional hard working and friendly. Michael replaced our very dilapidated heavy garage doors with gorgeous new ones. He replaced fencing for us, great sturdy work. I am so pleased. And the most important job was fixing the kids tree house. Michael added a very unique front door that made our kids so happy. We were on a slight time crunch (9 months pregnant) and they were able to get us scheduled for replacement siding and new gutters on our old garage in just a week or two. KayLena was quick to respond to all of my questions and very personable to work with. Michael was super professional and extremely hard working, he also went above and beyond helping us move a mattress from our second story to the first! (Thank you again!) The installation was very quick and clean and looks wonderful! We plan to have them paint the rest of the house in the near future. We would highly recommend them!

Michael did an excellent job on my fascia/soffits repair. Also had him install new gutters. Super professional job, easy to work with, and is fair on pricing. After he completed that job, I hired him to do some interior work for me as well and excelled with that as well. He ended up being my one stop shop for everything I needed to get done. Michael was very honest and open when helping us with our toilet that needed fixed. Great to work with professional, respectful, and quick but proficient. Our toilet and plumbing worked a lot better after he finished the job.

Posted before and after pictures.They replaced all of the siding, gutters and windows taking our 70s inefficient nightmare to a beautiful energy efficient home of today! HOME EXTERIOR SOLUTIONS IS THE BEST!!! They repaired storm damage, insulated the home, replaced doors and windows, built a roof on our deck that was damaged in the storm then to finish it off they resided and guttered the home. Mike was very fair with the price. I will have him do anymore of my projects that come up. YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH THE WORK THEY DO!

I have five rental properties and my personal home that Michael at Home Exterior Solutions have maintained for me. He is the only person that I call if I need something done.

I contacted Michael after I had waited most of the summer for another company to replace a few shingles on my roof. Maybe they considered my job too small to be bothered with, but Michael got right on it and got it done.
I also had him do a pressure wash on my siding. He did the work in a timely manner, did a good job, and was very reasonable. I will be using him again for my home projects.

My family owns some rental houses that Michael works on often, he is alway professional, very competitive with his prices, completes the projects in a timely manner, and has come to our rescue at all times of the night to fix something.

My husband was flipping a home about 5 months ago, and hired a company to finish the basement. This particular company took its time to complete the basement. As you know when flipping a house everything is on a time crunch. We were very upset with this company because they kept giving us the run around on when it would be completed. With Michael he is always on time with the work and sometimes ahead of schedule. He is currently completing our basement right now and doing an awesome job! I am very satisfied with their service. They were super fast and the price was in our range that would could afford. Our basement was in bad shape and we felt so defeated, but they listened to our concerns and we have had a dry basement since. We will be coming back.
