We had a fantastic experience using Home Designs for a brand new roof and 9 new skylights in June of 2024. They were very communicative, pleasant to work with, and most importantly did excellent work. As a testament to the quality of their work, we recently had a very significant hail storm in our area (Northford) which caused a lot of damage around town, and we thankfully had 0 issues with our roof or windows. When we had a manufacturing defect with one of the skylights (through NO fault of Home Designs!) they were excellent in helping us get a replacement quickly and efficiently. I would highly, highly recommend them!
Home Designs replaced the 22+ year old roof on our cape cod this Spring. After assessing our old leaky roof, owner Dom also pointed out some areas of it that were incorrectly installed because of complications with our aluminum siding on the shed dormer. He suggested we let him replace the siding upstairs to allow him to do the job right, but he still provided an estimate that broke down different options so we could make the best decision for us. We trusted Dom and decided to replace the siding in addition to the entire roof. We were not disappointed! Dom, Angel, Maria and the entire Home Designs team was very professional and thorough, and we can rest easy knowing our new roof is water tight. They were also competitively priced. Our family highly recommends Home Designs LLC.
We used Home Designs LLC to do a full replacement of a more than 25-year-old roof. Home Designs offered very competitive pricing compared to other quotes we got, as well as a wide variety of shingle options. Owner Dominic and office manager Maria were wonderful to work with, and Angel the site manager was fantastic too. The roofing crew worked incredibly hard and was extremely professional, meticulously cleaning as each phase was completed. (To give a sense of how detail oriented they are, the roofers put several lawn ornaments that they had moved back in the SAME EXACT spot when they were done!) Overall, a positive experience that I would recommend to anyone considering a roof replacement.
