Oniel, the owner stood us up. We had plans to leave after our 11:00 am appointment with him last Saturday, July 5, 2025. He was a bit arrogant when making the appointment. However, I blew it off as maybe he is trying to brag about his experience. It now feels he got offended and to pay me back, he did not show up to repair our ceiling fan. We even called him 20 minutes before the appointment to confirm. He told us it would be 11:38 am before he could get here. So, we waited and he didn’t show up for that either! This attitude is very unprofessional and disrespectful! I suggest not using someone to enter your property if they are this selfish and pompous!
