Can't lie, they came to repair what no limits construction did . And OUTSTANDING job. They went above and beyond what I expected. If anyone wants anything done Hixon is who you want.

l called the company out for an estimate after we set up a day. The company out and did the measurements and never called back with any follow-ups after l was informed it would be some weeks to draw up the designs and estimate. That was in May this is four days to September. No emails, no calls no nothing....Well! l guess they didn't need or want my business.

Sadly, l came to them based on what l heard and read about the company. Yeah! Good thing, l found a company that wanted my business.

I had a fire in my home 5 years back and Hixon was the company who did the remodel through my insurance...besides the fact that it took 9 months to get back into my house there is shotty workmanship that is rearing its ugly head now....in my bathroom - the medicine chest that was installed came off the wall within 6 months of me being back in my house. and landed on my sister's head. The work in the shower is beyond poor...the tile put in the shower doesn't line up correctly, the grout is already cracking as it was not sealed and the drain is not a drain for a shower. The ceiling is not even painted to the corners. I was made aware of this detail by another company that I was asking to redo the work...which would cost me another $7,000...Bill is a very nice person but doesn't hire quality to do a job...he tries to get it done the cheapest and most inexpensive he can...

Charged $754.19 to glue a board to a building. Then charged a $25 fee because they don't know where to bill it to. Our insurance company hired them. The guy that came out to do an estimate was very nice. We would have hired them if it wasn't for the billing lady and her rudeness.

I have had all my home improvement needs preformed by HIXON for the last 10 years. These projects have ranged from many many thousands to a few hundred. dollars. I have been so happy with their ability and responsiveness that I would not even consider another contractor. These people are consciencious, knowledgable and most important honest. Highly recommended.

Great work on remodeling our home after the fire. All of the workers went above and beyond to make sure we were able to move back in before schedule. We will definitely use Hixon for all of our up coming projects.

Thanks Hixon for the great work and your help on our first Rental property. Quality work done as fast (or slow) as we needed it. Fast on the roof (Thank you) Slow on the carpet (Thank you again) because it took me forever to get the painting done. But always done well and priced very reasonably. Great Effort! Thanks.

Almost 2 months without a estimate for my remodel, this place is a joke. I would hate to see how long and annoying they take top do the actual job. No stars due to poor customer care and 5 stars to Jessica for actually getting back to me. Dont waste for time with the estimate and hope Jessica finds a job at a better contractor.
