Bob the Builder is a GREAT company. I always call them for any issues around my home. They have worked many times on our house. The most recent job was fixing our garage door. They checked out my issue, gave me a price, after I approved they scheduled me and my door is fixed to perfection. Thank you again Bob the Builder! An awesome company!

I hired Bob the Builder to repair damage caused by a flood a few years ago. I had questions about the installation of the Berber carpet(the seam was placed in the middle of the room). Tom told me that the pieces would blend in a matter of time. Not so, plus the carpet is unraveling by the doorways. Also, noticed later that the trim was not replaced properly. Not pleased with the quality of work.

On the behalf of streamboxtv, I can say 100% exceptional service from Mr. Wes and his gigantic team! My home has never had renovation and she was in an indefinite need of major upgrading. Ending 2023 with an unfortunate event left my home damaged and unsafe- but I can finally say these guys gave me a sense of security and reassurance for my family. I can not begin to express the gratitude and immense appreciation I have for the work you all have done. These men left me with a greater outlook and, In turn, a fresh start in life. Thank you so much for everything, and anticipate working further together in the future with all our projects.

I had damage to my roof from storms that caused the ceiling in my kitchen and bedroom to collapse. After viewing various online reviews of roofing companies the one that really stood out was Bob the Builder. I filled out an online survey on their website and within an hour a representative of the company had contacted me. The two other companies I contacted never responded at all.
I spoke with Tom who asked me some very general questions about my roof and took down all of my information. The next day Wes showed up and inspected my roof and took a ton of pictures. Then Tom let me know because of the damage to my roof caused by the storm this would most likely be a great opportunity for repairs with homeowners insurance.
Tom sent me photos of the roof, and other areas of my home damaged by the storm and talked me through them. He then even told me how in his experience the insurance company would respond.
Tom really hand held my wife and I through this whole experience. They made it impossible for the insurance company to deny anything. The insurance settlement was so large we were able to put a new roof on the house and new vinyl siding with fascia and trim. New gutters were also installed. Bob the Builder also repaired the ceilings in my living room and kitchen. These to were completely covered by insurance also.
The work by all of the craftsmen is impeccable and the crews were incredibly hard working and friendly. In a very short amount of time our home was completely transformed. Several of our neighbors have asked us what company did the work as they were considering some repairs themselves. Without hesitation I tell them Bob the Builder. They are the finest company I have ever worked with and I will only use them in the future.

Tom and Wes did an amazing job! They called me the morning of my inquiry checked out my roof 2 days later and guided me through all the steps! I had a new roof about 10 days after I called! Excellent job! They explain everything in great detail too!!

First off, who wouldnt want "Bob the Builder" to be their contractor?! When Tom, our project manager, came over to give us our free estimate he was very friendly and very knowledgeable about all the materials they would be using. We used Bob the Builder for our whole project, which was quite a large project. They were timely and accommodating when we kept adding to our project. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Bob the builder is by far the best company I’ve ever hired and I’ve disappointed several times. The work was excellent the workers were very professional and respectful I will never have to find another company so there is more work coming and Wes did everything he said which is very rare and other companies should take notes on how to do business. I called Bob the Builder when I noticed my roof leaking. They came out, inspected the roof and worked with my insurance to get a new roof put on.

As far as the roof goes, it looks great. It appears to be doing its job, no more leaks. The crew cleaned all the debris from around my house after they were done, I don't think I could really ask for anything else.

Then I had them do my shower. Everything seemed fine until 2.5 years later I notice my ceiling beneath the shower damaged. It turns out my shower curb had not been sealed on the interior and if enough water splashed on it it would inevitably leak into my basement and cause damage to the flooring and ceiling.

Tom and Wes have been fantastic. Very prompt and professional. The work was completed very quickly. (10 days or so) Rebuild on chimney tuck point and water proofing. Also trimmed out a window AC unit in the wall. The work was top notch no nonsense attached. Will definitely be hiring for future projects.

I'll start by saying the work that this company does is great! The workers are very respectful and courteous, although there's a bit of a language barrier. Wes is the man I spoke to about an estimate. He sent someone out right away to inspect my roof and sent me an estimate within a few days of my initial call. After signing the contract I was told that work would begin at 8am the next day. Cutting out all the details, the time kept getting pushed back and I spent my whole day waiting until 2pm for them to show up. About half way through the job my husband noticed they weren't doing all that Wes said they were going to do. At that point my husband spoke to the workers and they alerted Wes that we had concerns. He immediately called my husband and was very loud and disrespectful. My husband was very calm and simply said that the work wasn't being done as per the contract. My husband said that there must be some misunderstanding. At that point, Wes said, "Well maybe you shouldn't have had your wife take care of your business!" He was very rude, and disrespectful, and I will never be working with this company again. It's a shame really because the employees are very good at what they do, but we felt very threatened and strong armed by Wes and another guy working with him, who's name I didn't catch.

We hired Bob the Builder for our bathroom renovation and they did an awesome job! It looks amazing & just like we envisioned it. We had a unique vision & wanted a lot of custom items and they were able to accommodate ALL of it! Quality work at the best price we could find!

They did my roof and did a fantastic job! I was worried about the clean up because roofing involves a lot of nails. But they did an above and beyond job! I walked around the yard and simply couldn’t find any trace that they were there. That is very unlikely with most residential work. Thanks for taking care of my home like you would your own!
