Had this company inspect a home I am purchasing. The report had very little details and my realtor recommended that I purchase another home inspection because of this. Would not recommend. He made sexist comments throughout the inspection and got into an argument with my sibling about concerns we had about parts of the house. Overall, very unprofessional. I was not happy at all.

My other inspection I paid for has a lot more details than yours did and if all the awkward smiles and laughs don't pop a red flag for you then i'm not sure you can fully understand how inappropriate some of your comments were. Just because you put a caveat in front of your comments does not stipulate the allowance of what you are about to say. Have a good day I will not respond any further after this edit of my review.

I am a first time home buyer so when it came to needing an Inspector, I called around to about 8-9 different places. I am so happy I decided to go with Brian at Hill Top. He let me walk around the home with him as he looked at things, explaining what he saw as he went. It helped me feel a sense of relief knowing I was aware of what I could do to fix any of the issues he found and even gave me tips on what to look out for in the future. Brian was great to work with he was prompt, professional and courteous. He went out of his way to make sure I understood the things he was talking about and would even showed me the issue. Brian’s full report was very easy to understand and detailed when needed, I received my report within 12 hours tops. He also takes tons of photos to capture things customer may have missed and will send them to you if needed, great service at a great price! Brian was spectacular! He explained how to use all the systems in my new house as well as where all the emergency shut offs were. He showed me the spots to watch and the stuff that needed to be addressed right away. He didn't seem to mind all the extra questions I had and answered every one of them in great detail. I had the report in less than 24 hours with pictures. I'll recommend him every time!

Brian conducted a home inspection for me and my family. His work was excellent compared to prior home inspections I have had in the area. He used a drone to detail all areas of the roof, full walk-around of the outside area, and every floor of the home. He allowed me to follow him for the entire inspection and gave tips/pointers on how to fix things that were found. Furthermore, he sent the detailed 30 page inspection report (with pictures) within 12 hours of having the inspection completed. There were no surprises on the report and mentioned everything we had discussed at the home. Brian did a great job and I recommend him to anyone looking for an inspection!
