I didn’t hire this roofing company, but my neighbor did - and I still had a bad experience. During their work, the crew used my driveway as a dumping ground for trash and debris including nails and shingle pieces. They placed coffee cups on my car, left tools in my driveway overnight, and even told my partner she needed to move her car…from our own driveway. They also used my yard for breaks, leaving behind empty water bottles and cans when they left.

I understand roofing is messy work, but basic respect for neighboring property shouldn’t be optional…especially when it’s as easy as picking up your trash from lunch.

If you’re considering hiring them, make sure they have strict boundaries and a cleanup plan that includes not using other people’s property as storage, parking, or a trash bin.

We needed some major repairs on our roof. They came really came through for us rebuilding supporters and decking as well as installing a completely new roof with vents, spark arresters and flashing. We are very pleased with every aspect of the job and the communication and promptness is first rate.

When we discovered a leak in our roof, Imer got back to us immediately and was at our house to look at it that same day. He and his crew worked incredibly hard to re-roof the whole shed dormer in one day in a brief patch of dry amid a very rainy 10-day forecast. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about High Class Roofing. When it comes time for us to replace our whole roof, we'll have be calling them!
