Frank is a real down to earth contractor. He delivered all he said and more. Very cost effective, he beat the price of all the others with no reduction in quality. He gave us several past customers to look at shingle colors and past performance. Did a complete tear off and install in ONE day, all cleaned up afterwards. Would use again!
