We had Platinum Restoration take care of some mold remediation after having some water damage and they did a great job! They also cleaned our air ducts and carpet cleaning and they look and smell amazing! They were on time, professional and the price was very reasonable.

Friendly and knowledgeable. Helped us develop a step by step plan for addressing areas of cat urination. In one room - cleaned carpets, returned to sanitize carpet, then returned again to pull back carpeting to inspect padding and subflooring and ultimately sanitize and clean the carpet again. Another room was a total loss of carpet and padding, but helped to remove these and treat the subflooring (plan is to get hardwood flooring in the future).

Jeremy is fantastic. Had a septic issue in my basement. He did the junk removal, clean, and sanitize. He fixed some water damage then came back the next week to do a carpet and upholstery clean and sanitize with a vent cleaning. Very professional and on time. Great price too!

Jeremy was, by far, the most argumentative, unprofessional and blatantly RUDE service person I've ever dealt with. In first 30 sec on call, he tells me to cancel my GROUPON carpet cleaning deal immediately and get the pkg deal directly through him. PRS can only make $33 with GROUPON and they can't get out to me within a week for GROUPON deals. I tell him I can wait (because it's a great offer) and he goes on to assure me he may not even want to "deal with me" as only GROUPON CUSTOMERS are so difficult. This guy is NUTS. I wouldn't let this loon clean my carpet for free. I hung up on him. I also blocked his number when he started texting and backpedaling on his reasoning for being INSANE. .... RUN AWAY SCREAMING, FOLKS.
