My review is not based on their work. It is based on lack of communication and failing to respond. I had some siding work done on my home that I wasn’t satisfied with and Hernandez came out to inspect the work and made some suggestions on repair. However, a week later after I’ve made 2 phone calls requesting an estimate for the work, they haven’t responded. I can only assume they don’t want to take the job. If that’s the case, they could’ve let me know they’re not interested as I’ve wasted my time waiting to hear from them. I’ll now have to start over with another company. It’s frustrating because I told them that the prior work resulted in water getting inside and flooding one corner of my room. It’s rained twice since then so I’m very disappointed in the lack of response from the Hernandez team

We had a small leak around one of our vent pipes and a sunken area of our roof we needed repaired. Hernandez Roofing quickly got us an incredibly fair estimate and was transparent with scheduling as they slotted us in—they repaired the damaged areas, tuned, up other areas of our roof and installed a new solar attic fan. Crew that came by was courteous, professional and left the work area incredibly clean. Roof looks great and would gladly work with them again.

From the office to the field Hernandez Roofing showed exceptional customer service. Ariel was on time for the estimate appointment. He explained the work needed, answered all my questions and followed up with a written emailed proposal. My scheduled appointment to perform the work went smoothly, they were on time and again, answered all my questions without hesitation. Even though the work I needed done was minimal, they treated me as if I was their A#1. I would recommend to my family and friends.

Couple years ago I hired Hernandez Roofing to replace my roof. They did excellent job with high quality and reasonable cost by the time. Couple days ago I noticed a little leaking with the gutters and called them. They immediately responded and sent their professional and got it checked and fixed without further charging me at all. My experience with this company was so nice I rendered their service twice, roof repair and gutter installation. First, was the price. I was kept informed on all activity and projects were completed to my satisfaction and on time.

I had serious issues for years with the membrane, hired many companies, paid thousands and it was only Hernandez Roofing that fixed it and got it right. They were amazing to work with, and super reliable.

Hernandez Roofing did a two part job for me, a repair to some damage on our roof and a replacement for a badly damaged shed roof that was leaking heavily.

They had the best cost of the roofing pros that I received estimates from, showed up on time, completed the work in two days, cleaned up after themselves (including putting down tarps to avoid getting nails/debris in the yard) and generally did an excellent job. I would definitely contact them again for future work.

Called Hernandez Co by recommendation. We had a leak every time it rained and it got worse after awhile. Ariel was in charge of the project, he located the issue & repaired seamlessly! Job was done before I knew it too bad I lost picture now, project was completed over a year ago and no issues since.

I live in Montgomery county.Due to the age of my property, it was time to have my roof inspected. I had no idea how much this would cost, so I went to thumbtack platform, placed my add and received bids from three different contractors. One of them was Hernandez Roofing Pros.
All three contractors had a chance to come inspect my roof and present their diagnosis and how much it would cost to address it. As most contractors do, the representatives of the two other companies made the project sound highly overdue and asked for a higher price to complete it. Just a plain honest report, with a well detailed plan to execute the repairs.

It's my first-time using Hernandez Roofing Pros for gutter installation but I've used them for gutter cleaning. They are professional, timely, and their work is top quality. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reasonable priced roof inspection (free) w/ gutter cleaning service in the DC area. They noted that my gutter system was in poor condition and took the initiate to reach out and offer their services. When I compared their price against the market, I found it to be very reasonable. From the very beginning, the staff had a very friendly and helpful approach to the project; they met us on the site and investigated the damage, and explaining what needs to be done to fix it. In our initial meeting, they presented us with different options which mostly referred to different type of materials which could be used. Upon their analysis, they recommended the use of silicone coating on the roof. We had to take quick action to prevent leaking and causing more damages Mr. Hernanadez and his staff were well prepared and knowledgeable; I felt very comfortable working with them. The challenge was to take advantage of limited sunny and warm days to do the work; they were very efficient using the time and the required staff to complete the work. The materials used was excellent and sealed all the damaged areas and the remaining of the roof. Hernandez Roofing Pros did an incredible job on my roof, going above and beyond. Not only did they do an impeccable job (providing plenty of before, during, and after pictures), they were patient with my many questions, incredibly professional (cleaning up the work site each day), and they offered the most complete package with the best price. I couldn't be happier.

Highly recommend! They were able to find and patch a leak in my roof quickly and we haven’t had problems since. Ariel was very nice and communication with the company was quick and easy.

Initially responded quickly. Went on roof . Never supplied pictures of damage. Said he would send two men over. Take about two hour to repair damage. Though saw signs of squirell damage. Late sent young man over . . About 18 years old. On the roof about 20 minutes. . Later I had to call in animal removal company for squirell removal . They took picture that showed Hernandez roofing placed shingle over hole in proof, which squirell chewed through. Contacted them numerous times. Ariel the owner was never available. Stay away!,,,,,

Mr. Hernandez and his team were very professional throughout the entire process. He was able to give me a personalized quote and discussed all possible options with me. When time came for the installation, his crew was on time and very professional. During clean up they were even kind enough to sweep the leaves off my porch, they left the place better than how the found it!.
