Very Professional ! They did a great job. My husband & I are disabled seniors. We live in the Branson Mo. area. Cade Chappelle the project manager was fantastic !!! He helped us deal with our insurance company, by sending pictures for us and estimates, also got up on the roof when the insurance adjuster was here and made sure he didn't miss any of the hail damage, not only to our roof, but the gutters and our siding too. Plus 2 other out buildings. Cade kept in touch with & sent all the info our insurance company; which was based in Texas asked for. It helped us get the maximum recovery for our home. It took so much stress off us, cause we are not tech savvy and things were all done online. Knowing Cade was handling things, made the whole process so much easier for us ! The workmen that actually took off the old roof & put the new one on, were very professional and fast. They did a great clean up of the yard when they were done ! Heritage Roofing did a wonderful job for us. Had hail damage and full roof replacement. They were fast, reliable and left everything the way they found it. Cleaned up every nail and such. I worked with Cade Chappelle, with Heritage! I tell ya what, if I could just replicate this guy and deal with him on all large projects/purchases. Top notch communication, professional, courteous, and just a good dude. Not enough adjectives to do this company justice. Cade understood sometimes unfortunate things happen in life that can be stressful. In this case having to replace my roof. He literally took care of everything for me, and followed up multiple times to ensure I was satisfied. From the time their crew started to finish was less than 48 hours. My roof, yard, and flower beds were all in better shape when they left as to when they arrived. Been a long time since I have felt valued as a customer, give Heritage a chance and ask for Cade. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

They're extremely responsive and did everything they said they would do. We had a terrible experience with a company by the name of over the top roofing out of Springfield, and it was nothing like that. These guys stuck to their word and did a great job. I would recommend them highly.

I was approached by someone wanting to check my roof out from Heritage Roofing. I explained to them I already had it inspected with my insurance and someone insurance hired, and it’s good. They asked if they could still verify it’s good, because a lot of the times insurance doesn’t fully check. I was hestitant, because I don’t (or didn’t*) trust roofing companies, but said, “sure, why not!”. After they were done inspecting it, I just knew they were going to come with a ton of issues and tell me I need a new roof. The 2 guys got finished, and they told me my roof is in great condition and I don’t need one right now. I didn’t actually use them for a new roof, but I 100% will whenever I need a new one. They are honest, and you can actually trust them to tell the truth! Glad I found them! Honesty + Roofing companies are hard to come by! So glad he stopped by.

We definitely would recommend Heritage Roofing and Repair. Our home was hit by a huge storm and Rex was able to work with our general contractor so that our roof could be replaced in an organized fashion along with our other repairs. He also trusted our insurance company and worked within their estimate. His crew worked quickly and efficiently to get the roof repaired. They did a very nice cleanup job too. Rex was also very good at answering texts, emails, and phone calls. And best of all, the roof looked amazing when it was finished!

Rex and his crew did a great job with tear off, decking repairs and installing our new shingles. We had to wait a bit, due to a rainy stretch, but once there was an adequate window they got in and got the job done in two days….even with a surprise 2nd layer of shingles underneath. Rex is personable and honest….I would highly recommend them for any roofing job that you might have.

Found a leak in our ceiling last night - called
Heritage roofing right away…. Talked to Rex and told him what happened (was hoping he’ll come out to look at the roof within a week, but instead he said “I’ll be there in a few hours to look at it!” ..I was soooo surprised and happy!! ) When he came, not only did he take the time to explain everything to us, he also help us fix the leak, and check the whole roof for us! During the last storm My front door off the porch started leaking so I called heritage roofing and repairs to have them See what type of damage I had. The owner came out looked at my roof and sealed some cracks up on the roof and I have no more leaks. I highly recommend Heritage Roofing and Repair. I had a leak around my chimney that manifested in a water stain on my family room ceiling at a drywall seam some distance from the actual origin of the leak. Rex came up with an innovative and inexpensive way to fix it.

His business listing is far down into the Google search! This needs fixed pronto so others see and contact him most frequently. I really appreciate Mr. Wisdom's help in saving us time and money in roof repair!! The damage had been causing leaks in 4 sometimes 5 spots in one concentrated area in our home. We were literally using a tote to catch the drops. All of us are very grateful that he had a consistent friendly demeanor and helped us in the same way you'd want someone to help you or someone in your own household. I will recommend him to EVERYONE. It was Thanksgiving weekend and I was trying to help my out of state buyer secure a roof inspection quickly. Many roofers I'd contacted did not respond or were unavailable but Heritage replied. Better, the gentleman who contacted me (Rex) offered to come out that very weekend- on a Sunday. Afterward he called me and explained the inspection and offered to have my buyers call him "any time" for questions. The homeowner was present and Rex even managed to repair a shingle or two just because he was there. Heritage is as professional and kind as they come. I will definitely recommend/call them again.
