Floyds Metal Buildings & Construction

Tried to use them and the salesman didn't seen to care about my project at all! $120k worth. My wife and I took a day off work to meet in person and he wasn't even there, then he got defensive when I called him on it. Their product looks great but we never got that far. I requested to talk to someone else a few times and that never happened either.

Floyd's took care of the concrete and building. The product is of very high quality. We have a 40x60 with a 10' overhang that runs into a wrap around front porch. The added 18' soffits, two overhead door openings, man door and a window. They even did the insulation! There is not a better value or a higher quality product in my opinion. We have had ZERO leaks, the building stops people in their tracks when they see it.

We shopped around and got a few quotes for a metal building. Floyd's had the best price and the best service. We signed up with them right away. They have a great reputation and we are looking forward to working with them on our project. Definitely give them a holler if you're thinking of a build. We are very happy with our choice.

We had a very damaging storm to our 4 poultry houses. Sheet metal had been blown off of several large sections. Not a lot of rain had got inside the houses but a 100 percent chance of rain was forecast for the coming days. I tried to find people to come and help temporarily install sheet metal on until permanent repairs could be done but was unsuccessful. I made Floyd’s aware of my dire circumstances and they sent 7 guys and some extra sheet metal to help. All seven were amazing workers getting the temporary repairs finished in the nick of time. Very thankful and would highly recommend this company!!

Floyd's building built our metal shop/house in Powell Missouri. They were professional and really easy to work with. We met with Scott and did a CAD drawing of the farm house and went through a few designs before we found what we were looking for. Through the process they helped us design our perfect farm house and shop. They also recommended someone to complete the inside framing. The house is perfect and we love it. I have recommended Floyds to our neighbors and have no reservations recommending them to others.

They recently just started doing their own dirt work and I was one of there first customers of it. It was done perfectly! I'm so impressed with their whole entire team... from all the amazing people in the office, the owners, their dirt crew, and their building crew! Very professional and I'd highly recommend them to everyone! Great prices and a great experience! Can't wait to enjoy my new building! Thank you guys!!!

Absolutely love my building. The quality and workmanship was wonderful, the price was great also! Couldn’t have asked for better customer service. They did the excavation, slab, and building and it all turned out great!
