This company is extremely unreliable. You cannot count on them to keep their word.
They didn't call me back on Friday or Saturday; by Monday evening I had not heard from them.
They had no intention of calling me until they figured it out.

This company is extremely unreliable. You cannot count on them to keep their word, and they are very rude and disrespectful. They promised to call me back on Friday or Saturday, by Monday evening I had not heard from them, so I called to find out if they were going to start my job. I was told they didn't calll me because didn't know how they were going to fix my roof and they had no intention of calling me until they have figured it out. Which I took to mean if they could not figure it out, they were not going to call me.

ZERO integrity.

Today I called to see about getting a quote on my roof and the gentleman that answered the phone said that he will have his salesman call me. Within 10 mins the saleman called and asked if he could come by. Graeme Wayne was at my house within 30 mins. He was very nice and extremely professional. He took the time to explain everything. We are so happy we called and wouldn't think twice about using them. I would recommend them to everyone.

I found the salesmen to be very helpful even going as far as to move my wife's plants and throw tarps over her garden walkway area as to not get shingles in her flower beds. They were all ways on call incase we had any questions. They were also very prompted to come back and fix any little thing that me or my wife -mostly my wife- didn't like. All in all i would recommend them to my friends and family.
