Great professionalism, Great service, Great prices. I have hired Henley Remodeling to do multiple new construction projects and remodels. Also hired him to work for me on my own home. Would highly recommend.

Bought a house a month ago, previous owners ( snider construction) asked this company to put a metal roof on one week before they sold it so it’s roughly two months old. We have had issues and had two different companies come out after we found mold. They told me the same thing that there’s work that needs to be done! Finally got the Dylan Henley out here. He doesn’t warranty the type of roof he did, and from the jump had a tone telling me this is how it’s supposed to look and he’s done all these houses. I don’t care about those homes. I care about mine. And if two different people are telling me the same thing then yeah, I would want to have it fixed. He has the attitude like he can do no wrong. So I told him to leave, because we want it correct and not done like this. I may be a woman but I’m not stupid. Don’t waste your time with them and of course he’s going to come back on here and say something because he doesn’t like the truth. We have the pictures to prove it and if someone can’t warranty all the work they do, then as my husband said, they have no confidence or faith in their work and are only out to screw your over, take money from you and fight over a keyboard, unlike how he is.

Sir, we tried calling you multiple times with no answer! We couldn’t wait and sit around for you when we needed help. And you stated when you finally talked to my husband of a period of time not calling us back you stated no warranty in place and stated that again today. And was already giving us a hard time. The old owners are that old owners. We as new owners never got any information about your paperwork that was a contract between y’all. If it was a standard warranty you could have mailed it to us, you know that address. And you didn’t state anything today about that either. And you stated again today that your work was fine but it certainly isn’t . And I asked to see the manuals, I ask for in writing if the wind takes the roof you would cover it but you kept stating it was fine. The other companies didn’t try to get me to do anything financially they told me you should fix it. I would be glad to see these pictures you have. yes I asked you to leave I did not feel comfortable having you on MY roof with the demeanor you had with me. And you can’t even get into the areas as they are blocked off with the mold company at the moment. And you can do all the roofs you would like. But if you dis recommend something maybe stick to that and not getting that paycheck but this wouldn’t be the case.
