Nate and Teresa did a great job with tile repair and installing a new toilet at my grandma's house. They came out for an estimate the day after I called and started the work a few days after. They were responsive and transparent with everything they were doing, and very kind people to talk to and learn from. My heroes. I came home one evening to find my door had been kicked in. Obviously I had to have that fixed immediately so that I could lock my door and remain safe and be able to go to work the following morning. They came out and stayed as late as they had to to make sure they got the job done right. They replaced my door jam and left it in better condition than it was before that’s for sure, I highly recommend for all your repair needs. Will probably be using them for other home projects in the future. thank you guys so much.

Nate did an excellent job! Had a whole home water filter system replaced and he came out very quickly to do the job. Even stayed late to make sure the job was done right. This was a plumbing job but he does many handyman jobs as well. Remodeling etc. He is dependable and reliable which is hard to find today. Highly recommend.

They were wonderful to work with. They answered all questions I had and were very patient with me as I can be a bit of an overthinker. I found the prices were reasonable and saved me money on materials, insuring I got the right materials. They worked on several projects for me. Replaced a light fixture and wood for my bathroom that was rotted and had mold. They stayed late to complete the work and were very professional. I appreciate them and their time. Nate remodeled a very outdated bathroom and did a great job. He was professional, timely and communicated well. He replaced an old tub to a walk-in bath to help reduce falls for an elderly woman. He worked well with partner companies involved in the renovation. I highly recommend Polecat Remodeling to contracting businesses and individuals in need of home updates.

We have hired Polecat Remodeling for several projects. They always take care of our needs. We were moving into an older house that needed painting and some repairs, and they were happy to do the job! Then, when selling our home, there were some repairs to do. We called Polecat and they quickly came out to fix them! They are reasonably priced as well!

They don't just remodel... they save marriages! Ok so that may be an exaggeration, but after 3 attempts to lay our own laminate flooring, some hurt feelings, and a lot of ibuprofen, we gave up. But Nate and Theresa came to our rescue and got the new floor laid in one day and it's absolutely beautiful! And while they were there, I asked them to quote some other projects that could be done while the furniture was already moved. Nate gave me good pricing and I said "ok, go for it!" And by the end of THAT SAME DAY, the new curtain rods was installed nice and even, the Crown Molding was up, and the no fun/hard parts the bedroom redo were done! We're so relieved we reached out to Polecat Creek Remodeling for help! Some things are just better left to the pros no matter how easy the YouTube videos make it look!!

I needed to get my shower remodeled after finding cracked tiling and a small leak. Nate did a great job installing the backer board, waterproofing system, tiling and grouting. Very helpful all around.

My husband and I called Nate and Teresa last year to discuss an addition to our house, and I regret that we elected at that time to use a different company for that work. We recently called Polecat again to come and fix some issues with the other contractor's work, and they really came through for us. Nate was willing to negotiate in order to stay within our budget, and he and Teresa were meticulous when it came to matching many different types and sizes of trim, baseboards, wainscoting, and more. Nate rehung and adjusted some super heavy doors that had finally pulled loose from original framework, and his wife was careful to patch nail holes and seams as they worked so that when we paint, everything will look perfect. They were able to almost exactly match custom finishes throughout our 200+ year old house, and although there are still a few details to complete, I am already pleased with the results so far. I would happily recommend Polecat to anyone in need of home repairs, etc., and I plan to reach out to Nate and Teresa again for more projects in our home.

We have a resin shed that was sitting in its box outside for several months. Not only did the shed need to be assembled, but we also needed a foundation to build it on. This was too big of a job for us, so we were in need of a handyman with the right equipment, knowledge, and experience to get it done. Polecat Remodeling came highly recommended, so we reached out to them. They returned our call immediately and spoke in a very friendly manner. After a very reasonable price was agreed to, they were able to come ilto our house that same day and begin working. It took them only two days to complete the job, and now our shed has finally been assembled.

On top of that, we had issues with our backup generator, which we could not get started up for over a year. Once the shed was completed after a long day in the sun and heat, they helped us to diagnose and repair our generator.

No stars available. Do not use this company. We paid for half the job upfront and Nate did not complete the job. Just packed up and left in the middle of the project. Nate would always arrive late and wouldn't start work until midday. We were told the job would be completed in three days and after six days it was still not even 50% completed. My husband is sick and in need of a liver transplant and we were taken advantage of by Nate and Teresa. Just unprofessional and untrustworthy.

I had some odd jobs I needed help with (replacing/resetting a mailbox, fixing/replacing the stairs on my deck). They were very quick to respond and professional.

They fit me into their schedule right away, came out and did an awesome job on everything! Very reasonable pricing. Would definitely call them again for other projects!

Had a tree fall on our house during a storm. We are currently in the middle of the project with Polecat, but so far they've been incredible to work with. Flexible with our schedule and good quality work getting done very quickly, even through the holidays. Definitely recommend Polecat for any type of home improvement, repairs or handiwork needed.

We needed a torn window screen repaired. It was difficult to find anyone to take care of it but when I called Polecat, I received a call back very quickly. We used Polecat Remodeling to build our son’s playset. They were very responsive and trustworthy. They even stayed outside in the dark with flashlights one night in order to get it done on time! We will think of them for our future repair or remodeling needs!

Bathroom / laundry room conversion. Snap in vinyl / wood look plank flooring, baseboards, 1/4 round and door trim / molding. Nate and Teresa did an excellent job removing the old ugly corner tub and replacing it with my washer and dryer from down in the basement. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this company very nice, professional and excellent craftsman ship.

We called Polecat Remodeling and they came out the same day to hang a bedroom door as well as put up a bathroom light fixture and mirror. They also went room to room to measure and provide quotes on some remodeling we’re looking to have completed. The team was very friendly, reasonably priced and the work they completed was solid. We’re looking forward to having them complete our remodeling needs in the near future.

Called Polecat Remodeling to come and give estimate on water damaged floor under water heater. Came out and gave us a reasonable price on repairs. Had to cut out floor and subfloor and do structural repairs to floor joists also. Over-built joist structure and added pier supports for added strength to floor. Replaced both layers of subfloor and reinstalled water heater. Made sure water heater was not leaking and was working properly. Cleaned up work areas before leaving.

Nate very knowledgeable in many areas. He was able to correctly diagnose a window issue which others had missed. Great job of repairs which were done expertly with all the finishing touches on a timely basis. First class work - highly recommend!

Toilet leaked and damaged the floor. Nathanial & his wife tore out the damaged floor, added bracing (above and beyond), replaced the damaged wood, replaced broke toilet flange, put down new flooring, set new toilet, and put the bathroom back to normal. They worked hard did above and beyond with their work. I have future projects for them coming.

I needed to replace a socket in a bathroom light fixture, and Polecat Remodeling was up to the task. Nate and Teresa are primarily home remodelers, but they also do a variety of repair work. They were responsive to messages, showed up on time, and got the job done. It took considerably longer than anticipated, but this was due to the fixture's existing wiring rather than Nate not knowing what he was doing or running up the clock. His hourly rate ($60) is hard to beat.

We appreciate polecat for helping us do the repairs that they do we highly recommend them we are a customer for life they are very friendly and very skilled and we appreciate their work and they are very Christian people God fearing people.

Polecat Remodeling arrived in a timely manner and built new deck steps to replace those damaged in a storm. The built us a great set of steps, very sturdy, matching other steps on our deck. Because the concrete landing was sloping, the task was challenging but they were up to it!

We were looking for someone to do a Dutchman fix for the front and back door. The door locks did not work properly. Polecat remodeling fixed what the local lock and key people were unable to do. Also painted our shudders. The price was more than fair and the locks fixed, doors were repaired, shutters painted and rehung as everything cleaned within 3 days, would have been two if not for rain. I will definitely use them again in the future. Do yourself a favor and give them the opportunity to bid on your job. You will not be disappointed.

They did a wonderful job on my floors. They laid the laminate so professional that it looks like a showroom. I highly recommend them.

They did a simply amazing job painting, repairing the rotted wood, and whitewashing my house. They took the time to research what I wanted just from a photo, and make sure the process went exactly as I liked. The estimate was by far the lowest and the work was top-notch. 1st off these guys do "Great Work'. My home experienced water damage through to the subfloor. The damage was pretty extensive which required a lot of work. These guys did it all in 1 day. the flooring, pluming and the installation of the new water heater. The price quote for everything was very fare. This team really helped us out after a previous handyman refused to show back up to complete our job. They assembled our storage building in record time and took extra care to ensure quality work, even repairing mistakes made by the previous contractor. Polecat Remodeling did a great job on our home. We had a fire on Saturday evening that caused extreme exterior damage. Polecat Remodeling did a great job repairing my fallen heating and air ducts under my house and also my rotted foundational sill plate. They offer great service, with good prices and professional courtesy.
